The definition of Ex-servicemen as defined in Govt, of India. Ministry of Personnel, Public Grieva& Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi's O.M. Admission to the undergraduate programmes in all the aboveinstitutes is only through a Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE).There will be two question papers, each of three hours duration inIIT-JEE 2012. Both the question papers will consist of threeseparate sections.on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.Questions will be of objective type. Brochure of IIT-JEE 2012. A candidate can opt for Question Paperseither in English or in Hindi.ELIGIBILITY: The applicant is advised to check ALL eligibilityconditions given below for appearing in IIT-JEE 2012: Date of Birth: Candidates of GE and OBC categories must havebeen born on or after 1st October 1987 and those of SC, ST andPD categories must have been born on or after 1st October 1982. Year of Passing Qualifying Examination (QE): A candidatemust have passed the QE namely, XII standard or equivalent, forthe first time on or after 1st October 2010 or should be appearingin 2012. Minimum Percentage of Marks in QE: Candidates ofGE and OBC categories must secure at least 60% marks, andthose of SC, ST and PD categories must secure at least 55%marks in aggregate in the QE. Attempts Permitted: Those whoappeared in JEE in 2010 or earlier are not eligible to appear inIIT-JEE 2012.
