Security Issues Students have been placed in safety groups of 4 according to the rooming list.

Each group has an assigned group leader and all group leaders should have the hp numbers of their roommates and the teachers at all times.

All students must ensure that their group leader is aware of their precise whereabouts at all times (this includes washroom visits).

Group leaders should inform teachers immediately if they are unaware of their group members’ whereabouts.

Students are NEVER to leave the resort, or the site of an activity, unless they have been given explicit permission to do so by a teacher.

Rooms are allocated according to gender and personal outings and activities are strictly not allowed under any circumstances (this includes visits and outings to one another’s rooms).

Communication

All students will be aware of which rooms the teachers are in so that they will be able to reach them whenever necessary.

There will be a roll call every night before lights out, every morning at breakfast and whenever necessary during activities. Students MUST be present at these times.

If you are lost or in any sort of trouble at any point during the trip, contact a teacher FIRST as we will be able to offer more immediate help. Next, they should inform their group leader or anyone within their group.
