Campout

The Explorers will be having a campout and field days next weekend October 23rd - 25th right on our grounds. All campouts are to have some f u n , d o a l i t t l e wo r k a n d

develop skills. We are working on camping and other scouting skills in order to prepare for our next campout at Anastasia State Park in St. Augustine and ultimately to camp with our other FNE brothers and sisters from all over America near Orlando at Hontoon Island State Park, a 1600 hundred acre park, in March. The Hontoon campout is for boys and girls, though there will be separate activities and separate camp sites. More information on this great campout soon.

St. Madeleine’s Fourth Annual Reverse Draw Gala

St. Madeleine Catholic Church is hosting their Fourth Annual "Reverse Draw Gala” on Saturday, October 24,

2015, at 6:30 p.m. in their Family Life Center. Only 125 tickets for the event are available with a $100 donation which entitles the bearer to dinner for two and one entry into the Reverse Draw and loads of fun. Please consider attending this exciting Fourth Annual "Reverse Draw Gala" event. We at San Juan are a mission of St. Madeleine's parish and should support their events. Please notify our San Juan Church office if interested in tickets. Please also let us know your preference for the dinner catered by Texas Roadhouse. Will it be Steak or Chicken?

Let us know as soon as possible, so we can pass the orders on to Father Sebastian's staff.

Reverse Draw Gala

$3000 Grand Prize Saturday, October 24, 2015; at 6:30 p.m.

Watch as your ticket is put into the spinning drum with 124 others. Each and every ticket will be drawn one by one.

If you are one of the early tickets drawn—don’t leave! You will be eligible for other prizes during the evening.

When we have drawn 2/3rds of the tickets out of the drum,

one final ticket will be auctioned off to the highest bidder and put in the drum with the remaining tickets.

The drawing resumes until there are 10 tickets remaining. These final 10 will discuss the final outcome and one or more of

them will be the winner of the $3000 Grand Prize!

Your $100 donation includes: one entry into the Reverse Draw raffle, dinner for two, open bar (beer and wine from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.),

and an enjoyable evening of fun and excitement.

Many other prizes throughout the evening.

Tickets can be purchased through the Parish office during the week or after Mass on the weekends.
