His art speaks of the spiritual mysteries in the hu-man imagination. Mystical experiences, dreams, medicine journeys, and channelled luciddialogues with the source of creativity itself, seem to guide and be guided by the colourfulsymmetries and living surfaces of his art. Much of his work emerges from a graceful synthe-sis of digital and painting mediums. Developing his work through mix and remix technolo-

AHAU Dreamers, Dreamspellers and Diviners,Time travelers, Revelers and Realisers; Planet ArtNetworkers, Nodes and Light workers; all of you outthere and in here who are hearing the call and beingLOVE in action. Its been a while coming, but here itis, another episode of 2C, released into a world wherethe second creation process is in full effect. This is the

Living the Vision: Prayer Dream and Intuition episodeof 2C. Welcome.

Putting this mag together is always a beautiful juggle, and it doesnt always come out on the Noosphericquarter points we aim for. However this episode isunusually late. This magazine is the third in this blueelectric storm spin, but because it has come out somuch later than anticipated we have decided that itrepresents the third and the fourth episode of the year. This gives us the opportunity to wrap up the spin, andtake a deep breath together as we farewell a planetaryservice wavespell that has certainly lived up to itstitle. I remember when I rst became entranced andentrained by the Dreamspell at the beginning of thered rhythmic moon year how much I was activatedand inspired. At that stage 2012 still seemed pretty faraway. A few blinks later here we are, only a few solarspins away.

In a few kin we begin the yellow electric seed year.Planetary people are gearing up for another Day outof Time, and preparing to plant noo seed dreamsin the earth, transforming the service from this blueelectric storm year into form. Second Creation willbe releasing a Noo episode approximately 13 weeksinto the year called - Home: Where the Hearth is.As you know, the usual saying is home is where theheart is, so by adding the extra h weve opened upto expand the meanings of this turn of phrase. Hearthcontains the words: heart, earth, and art, which givesus a nice collusion of meanings that suggest warm andcosy kitchens, home cooked meals, inspired re in theheart to create art, and also the notion of earth as ourhome.

The large break between this Living the Visionmagazine and the previous Planetary Renewal

magazine invites a recap about what 2C is and how itis functioning. In our 2C is spiel (above) we providea description of what the magazine is. We aim tobe a voice for the emerging noosphere during theseshifting times, a place for the exchange of art, ideasand experience, and a freely downloadable quarterly(13 weekly!) magazine.

Underpinning these three points is an engagementwith the Dreamspell Calendar as it has been revealedby Jose and Lloydine Arguelles, and many of thecontributors to 2C are engaged with or at least awareof the Dreamspell. As such, while representing ourown inner life force and those we are co-creating with,it is also true to say that we represent the Planetary Art

Network (PAN), an intrepid and self-appointed group(higher self appointed?) of global trekkers who resonatewith the 13:20 codes.

This is by no means the only common point of interestthat 2C is exploring, and there are many different waysto approach understanding the paradigm shift and2012, but for us it is a central theme, and as many of ourreaders know, the Dreamspell community web portalwww.Tortuga.com has been largely responsible forenabling us to interact with an audience and attractcontributions. A fourth point could therefore be that2C is: an interactive experiment in following theDreamspell, and further, that this experiment has anunderlying assumption that we can use the dreamspellcodes to help us to be inspired and powerful co-creators of a LOVE-BASED reality. We believe thatfollowing 13:20 time and the accompanying law oftime (www.lawoftime.org) meditations and projects(particularly the rainbow bridge meditation) is a goodthing, and we hold this space here as a magazineso that other people who resonate can also nd outabout Natural Time, and spread the very good newsthat a wave of love has entered our solar system and iscurrently helping to transform us into a more harmonic

species. One of the reasons weve had a long break betweenoutputting magazines is that of a lot of behind thescenes work has been going on to make our Mind-HeartMedia web home a stable and well feng shued placeof residence. Also, since our last magazine release wehave launched the kinship, the musical side of MHM,which has involved facilitating the development andrelease of a number of musical projects, which recentlyculminated in a multiple CD launch and label kick-offparty in the heart of Melbourne Town. Some of theseartists were featured in our Sounds of Love compilation

that accompanied the Radiosonic Harmonic episodethat began this years spin, and are now available inthe music section of our site. Another reason for thelonger break between episodes is that during the timethat we were originally intending to put this mag out, many of the 2C crew were living the vision at RainbowSerpent Festivalwww.rainbowserpent.net, Melbourne,

Australia. You could say that before we were ableto put out the episode that we had to really get intogear with living our own visions, which for someinvolved with 2C includes making food and musicat festivals. Some of the content reects the timethat was shared at Rainbow Serpent.

For those who have been contributors to thismagazine, we apologize for the time it has takenfor you to see your contributions take form. We areacutely aware that it can be difcult when thingstake longer than anticipated. We still have somesubmissions from some of you that we are planningto include in upcoming episodes, and we are alsostill on the lookout for more ART from those ofyou who may feel inspired to send us submissionsin the future. Thankyou to all of you who havecontributed to 2C up to now, and an extra specialthank you to those contributors to this Living theVision episode who have been waiting to seetheir submissions in the 2C format. Happily, herethey nally are in a highly sharable and visuallystimulating format. Particularly stimulating is thecover art by Luke Brown, a well known and prolicartist, whose visionary view of the world is a deepand mystical meditation on nature and mind. Weare honored to have his artwork hold space for this

investigation into how we may all more thoroughlylive our visions. We are also honored to have anexcellent and perfectly appropriate interview thatNick rhythmic night conducted with Anne Lossing, about how she had a personal vision that has ledto the inauguration of a festival called UnicacinMaya, that occurs annually on dec 15-21st inthe Mayan heartland of Guatemala. Following onfrom Annes vision is an article by the increasinglyactive(ated) Kiri Sta*, where she explores visions ofcommunity, and how these visions are alive andwell across generations in Nimbin (Australia) and

around the world. Kiri also offers us a great interviewwith Rainbow Eagle, who is actively sharing hisvision of caring for the land by traveling around andteaching and performing to children.

Fitting in nicely with the festival atmosphere ofthis episode is an article written by writer and lmmaker Andrew Johner, called The Seamless Edgeof Revelation, which details Andrews personal journey around the 2012 prophecy and hisengagement with literature, shamanic states anddance culture.

We have parts one and two of Time for Art by EvenDawn, who continues to explore festival culture in allits fun and festiness and tells some tales about timeswhen she has been guided by visions and intuitions.Even also pulls together a piece with cover artist LukeBrown, where Luke asserts that All of my greatestdreams and prayers are being answered by the sourceof creation itself with the nest of details. Visionaryindeed. Those of you who have read earlier episodeswill be familiar with Soulore Solaris. Lore offers anarticle directed to this episodes theme that encouragesthe reader to Dare to Dream. And while we are ondreaming, Nick gets the chance to explore his favoritetopic with an interview with Jean Campbell. Jean

initiated the World Dreams Peace Bridge (which Nickalso participated in) in 2001 after a precognitive dreamthe night before Sept 11, and has been continuallyactive in a variety of forums to use dreams to helpcreate world peace.

Our regular portals have been used to good effect.Regular contributor and food guru Sandie 2 Moonwrites about how she has been implementing hervision of sharing lovingly prepared traditional organicfood with the world by taking it to the festivals in theSemillas Kitchen portal. Of course, she accompaniesher article as per usual with a few tasty recipes to

inspire your palate. The Sounds of 2C portal offers aninterview that Jonathan 12 Monkey aka Jonno aka Jshwaconducts with street performer DubFx, who is welland truly out in the world living his vision as a soundartist. As well as this interview Jonno has contributedto this mag by dreaming up an appropriate way toapproach reading this episode as a choose your ownadventure story. Nice one. Youve beencelebrating this festivalsince 2005? Can youtell us about its originsand how its evolvedover time? Whats the

    plan for this year?

ANNE: The roots ofUnicacin Maya grewfrom a vision. Fifteenyears ago, when I rstdrove into Peten to visitTikal, the roads werelike dusty washboardsand after jouncingslowly along for about

200 km., we wereforced to overnight atFinca Ixobel, a famousstop for backpackersalong the route. Thatnight, under the fullmoon in February, I satin a jungle clearing tomeditate, and I saw abright beam of Light, shining like a beacon

up into the Center ofthe Universe fromPeten. This brilliantLight was made up

NICK: Hi Anne. Thanksfor coming on boardfor this episode of 2C:Living the Vision:Dream, Prayer and

    Intuition.

ANNE: Hi Nick ...thanks so much for thisopportunity to let peopleknow what is happeningin the land of the Maya, and how they, too,can participate, as weapproach the key dateof 2012.

NICK: Having recentlyreturned from a shortstay in Mexico andGuatemala, I wasexcited to discover anemail outlining yourplans for UnicacinMaya a cultural andspiritual festival tobe celebrated in thearea around Tikal,

    Guatemala betweenDecember 15th-21st

    every year until 2012.

Situated in El Remate, in the rainforest of Northern Guatemala, Project Ix-Canaan offers programs ofHealth, Education and Opportunity, to enable the people of the jungles to become truly: Ix-Canaan- the Guardians of the Rainforest. In this interview we ask project coordinator Anne Lossing aboutUnicacin Maya - a cultural and spiritual festival being organised as a portal to the new cycle.

This year, in December 2009, weplan to bring together 100 - 150Mayan Spiritual Guides from allover Guatemala. We will holdMayan Fire Ceremonies over 7days in 7 Sacred Sites ... includingthe Topoxte/Yaxha ArcheologicalSites, the Ixlu Archeological Site, the Actun Kan Caves, and the Lake

Sal Peten Ceremonial Site, nishingwith the nal ceremony at 11 a.m.on December 21st in the CentralPlaza of Tikal.

The goal of Unicacin Maya is tobring together a great number of like-minded people, synchronizing theirenergies through a week of music, dance and ceremony, gatheringnally in the Central Plaza of Tikal

at the winter solstice, the time ofrebirth, to link themselves withthe Earth, with the Center of theUniverse, and with each other ina giant web of energy as we movethrough the steps of the Dance ofUnicacin which will act like akey turning in a lock to open thegateway to the next dimension.

NICK: In previous years youve hadsome very interesting presentersshow up. What kind of ceremoniesand talks do you expect to attract

    for the gathering in 2009?

ANNE: Yes, there are always avariety of interesting ceremoniesand workshops, and we expectthis year to be even better. Eachmorning begins with an informalFire Ceremony on the shores ofLake Peten Itza, with music and

singing to greet the dawn. That isfollowed by the main Sacred FireCeremony each day in one of the 7Sacred Sites. A Pranic Healing willbe conducted by the Pranic Healing

    9

of the combined intention of manypeople that would gather togetherhere in the jungle homeland of theMaya. I knew in that moment that Ihad reached the end of my journey... and the seed of Unicacin Mayahad been planted.

I spent a number of years getting

acclimatized to living in thisincredibly powerful place, and itwasnt until early 2005, when I metGuatemalan Shamaness AumRakSapper, that the pieces started fallinginto place that led to the rst actualceremonies in December of 2005.That year (and each year since),Tata Pedro Cruz, from San Pedro,Guatemala, brought with him agroup of Mayan Spiritual Guides

who have performed the Sacred FireCeremonies each day for the week ofUnicacin Maya.

They are joined each year by autistextraordinaire Pablo Collado, Ayahand the dancers who lead the Danceof Unicacin, Danny Diaz wholeads the Sweat Lodge experience,Mayan guide Danilo Rodriguez, anda wide range of musicians, shamansand ceremonialists from many othercountries. This past year, it becamepossible to bring in a second groupof Mayan Spiritual Guides for theweek of the ceremonies ... a groupfrom a poor village located here inthe rainforest of Peten. This grouphad lost much of their Ceremonialteachings when they were evictedfrom their original homes in VeraPazduring the Guatemalan Civil War,and their Elders were killed, so they

were thrilled with the opportunity toparticipate and connect with otherTatas and Nanas and reconnect onceagain to the sacred energies of theirCalendar.

NICK: In 2012, theGregorian calendardate December 21marks the occasionof the winter solsticeand the conclusion ofone Great Cycle in theMayan Long Countcalendar. You have timed the festival to coincide andwork with the power of this time. How is the dawningof the new cycle understood by the Indigenous Maya

you have spoken to and worked with?

ANNE: The Indigenous Maya believe that this isthe dawning of a new Age for mankind ... an age ofBrotherhood ... a time of Unicacin ... the comingtogether of the Eagle and the Condor. They believethey must begin by bringing together the Mayan tribes

that have been scatteredfar and wide by invasionand war, and make theMayan Calendar onceagain accessible to all.

NICK: Does the Mayancalendar continue tobear much signicance

    on local culture?

ANNE: Here in Petenmost of the traditionalteachings have beenlost. During the war, jungle villages werebombed out of existenceso they wouldnt harborthe guerrillas, thus manyof todays inhabitants of

the jungles arrived hereduring the last 50 yearsafter being driven fromtheir lands in other partsof Guatemala. Yearsof persecution causedmany of the people inthe larger communitiesto deny their Mayanroots and they no longerwear their traje (Mayan

clothing) or followtheir Sacred Calendar.Amongst the others thatstill live in their remote

jungle communities, somany of their Shamanswere butchered by

the army that many have lost their connection tothe Calendar and retain only the vestiges of theirpractices.

That said, there is a resurgence all over Guatemala

of interest in the Mayan Calendar and Sacred FireCeremonies. The President of Guatemala, AlvaroColum, has been initiated as a Mayan Spiritual Guide. The Mayan Shamans from the mountains and lakearea are accepting more and more novices for

training every day (bothlocal and foreigners) andare being asked to travelinternationally to speakand do ceremony. Thispast year, Tata Pedro spenta month touring the UnitedStates, and a month inGermany and England.

NICK: Tikal is a verymagical site that attractsmany visitors from aroundthe world. What can you

    tell us about it?

ANNE: The Transfer Hubfor Atlantean Energy,Tikal is a Crystal Cityand a major point in

the Crystalline Grid. The energy here is of theEarth. This is the SeatingPlace for the Councils ofLight and home to theGatekeepers of Time.

Covering over 222 squaremiles, with over 4000structures, Tikal has themost elegant pyramids in

the world, some of whichare over 200 feet high. This incredible city, datingfrom 800 BC to 900 ADis built in the image ofthe Pleiades; the SevenSisters.

Tikal is one of the mostimportant ancient city-states in the Maya world. Itis a Sacred Initiatic Center, corresponding to the 7thCrown Chakra. Not onlyis it located exactly in the middle of the landmass thatforms the pinwheel of the American continents, but

Tikal, and the other Mayancities of the jungles are alsobuilt on land that is heavilywebbed with crystallinestructures. These twofactors ensure that theenergy that is generatedhere is incremented anddispersed universally.

NICK: What informationand directions canyou provide for peoplewho want to attend the

    festival?

ANNE: A volunteer is nowbuilding a new websitefor Unicacion Maya atwww.unicacionmaya.

comwhere interested peoplecan go to see photos andvideos of previous yearsceremonies, as well asinformation about theplans for Unicacin Maya2009 as they becomeavailable.

You can get to El Remate

There are hotels in avariety of price rangeshere in the village. I can becontacted for reservationsat Hotel Gringo Perdido, where Tata Pedro and his

NICK: Are there any closing remarks

youd like to share with our readers?

ANNE: Everybody is welcome tocome and participate in UnicacinMaya. There is no registration fee toattend. Not only will you be able tolearn about and participate in SacredMayan Fire Ceremonies, but you willbe able to meet and talk with theMayan Spiritual Guides, learn moreabout Mayan Culture and Cosmology, dance, drum and sing on the ancienttemples of energetically powerfulMayan sites and join with the otherswho are coming together over these

years, year after year, to prepare theway for Unicacin.

Anne, her 10-year old son, and the family dog set out from Calgary,Canada in 1994 seeking to fulll a lifelong dream of a home withpalm trees and thatched huts. Their journey eventually led tothe Mayan jungles of Peten, Guatemala, where she co-foundedProject Ix-canaan with partner Dr. Enrique Chapeton. Anne isthe coordinator forProject Ix-canaan, Mayan for Guardians ofthe Rainforest, a social development program that includes a freemedical clinic, the coordination of visiting international medical anddental professionals, a computerized library and a Womens Center.Anne manages Hotel Gringo Perdido, a beautiful lakeside eco-lodgein the heart of a Mayan wildlife preserve.

Anne is also the lead organizer for the annual gathering knownas Unicacin Maya, and the author of numerous electronicpublications describing life in the jungle, including a food blogdescribing the creation and modication of recipes using jungleingredients.

This is the group of Mayan Spiritual Guides from here in Peten. They are originally from a different Mayan tribe than Tata Pedro. This was the rst year that they have been able to attend. Usually

we have a small group of Mayan Spiritual Guides from Lake Atitlan(Tata Pedro and his group). This year, a participant from a previousyear sent a small amount of money to help us to be able to pay theirtransportation, accommodations and food so we could bring in thisgroup as well. This coming year we have decided to look for thefunding to bring in about 100 to 150 Mayan Spiritual Guides. Generations of the DreamBy Kiri Sta* - Yellow Planetary Sun

As a planetary sun, earthly manifestations of sunlight areimportant to me. Recently I picked up a Nimbin News fromRed Rhythmic Moon year (1998) and read: Lets preservethe Sunrise Cottage (Nimbin Community School site) forthe community. I (visionary artist Benny Zable) ask forthe Sunrise Cottage to be placed on the National Heritage

List as part of the Nimbin Aquarius legacy... following theAquarius festival... it was an open household that inspiredme and others to share our creativity... when we in Nimbinwere in an unique timespace. The Sunrise Cottage is a touristtreasure yet to be realised for public benet.

The power of visions, eh? It isnt the same school, but onthe front page of the latest Nimbin Good Times was Incommunity hands Nimbin vision for school site realised. The community raised $140,000 in 18 moons and weresupported by a loan from the local council. By overtonemoon this year, they had paid off the total $294,470 to ownthe former primary school, now a community centre with8 buildings, a stage & park; housing 17 community groups, including the Aboriginal Cultural Centre. As the local mayorput it, with a fantastic community behind you, you canachieve anything.

Nimbin is a fantastic community, birthed from the dreamsand visions of the hippy generations, to whom the Age ofAquarius was as powerful in the collective psyche as 2012is becoming in ours. Converging for the Aquarius Festival (1973),

Nimbin is one of the lucky towns on our planetto have had a full hippy makeover. Like otherhotspots of alternative culture, it manifests

a self-styled avour, and is a tourist nexus, supporting the many artisans, craftspeople, gardeners, healers and musicians who call theRainbow Region home. Christmas was not tobe seen on the streets of Nimbin; instead manySolstice celebrations abound.

The Environment Centre displays morphing 13moon calendar info on its door, and Flags ofPeace pop up everywhere. Everyone knowstheir galactic signature.

Once out in the rest of the world it is temptingto think Nimbin was a dream. Where did allthose funky forest dwellings and colourfulloving folks go? And what about the dream ofcollective ownership and creative community?Fortunately, with a little more insight, I realiseit is alive and well everywhere!

Selective western history may tell us thatthe communal movement was new in the

sixties, but on closer inspection the intentionalcommunity movement goes so far back that itmerges seamlessly with the time on our planetwhen everyone lived in a community, growingorganic vegies and celebrating the seasons andthe earth. Our challenge, summed up by Arguellesas the extrusion of technology, is to completethe revolution by taking the energy of the Ageof Aquarius full circle out into mainstreamsociety and back again. Those intense communalexperiences produced a thoughtform of creativecommunity that reverberates across the planetaryholon.

Some Children of the Dream (at www.somechildren.net) is Harsha Prabhus contributionto celebrating the success of the altarnation inthe Nimbin bioregion. It is a beautiful black andwhite portal into Aquarian dreamtimespace, refered to by Benny Zable. Joining in Woodstocks 40thbirthday celebrations this year, its a tribute to the manyways of revisioning community, and it shows how dreamsand visions became manifest realities.

One globalisation of the dream in the mainstream is

the Mietshauser Syndikat, in Freiburg, Germany, whichencompasses 25 community housing projects. These areeach self-organised, purchased by the tenants as a collectivegroup in the framework of legally autonomous limitedliability companies. They range from mansions housingmultiple families, tourban communitiesin huge renovatedwarehouses, includingcraft workshops, secondhand shops, printers, kindergartens,

galleries, womenscentres, unlicensedcafes, radio stations...etcetera! Mietshauser saysthese projects arise fromthree possibilities: a)groups of young peoplewith an eye for disuedhouses/land, who wantto live together in aself-determined, amplespace where theycan also hold events,

workshops, projects; b) tenants of an apartment house whodo not want to accept the landlords plan to sell the house, but develop a vision: the self-organised acquisition of theirhouse; and c) squatters looking for a way to remain in theircurrent abodes. The Syndikat provides an organisationalumbrella for each individual project, like a trust, and sinceestablished projects transfer their surpluses to new projects,it now also has the funds to expand. These projects areoften undertaken in spite of bureacratic legislation, andby gathering the goodwill of the neighbourhood, who areseeing beyond the regulations.

Much the same thinghappens in hippyhotspots... in a more laidback way...

    When the sixtiesowerchildren dared

redream peace, love andcommunity, the altarnationbecame possible. AsHarsha Prabhu says, thedecade that gave birth tothe Woodstock generationwas a time of crisis andchange, but also a time ofdreams. With the currentcrisis that the world faces,it is time to dream again.

Aquarius Festival 1993 by Jacklyn Wagner

So what of the 13:20 community dream?Where are the thirteen Crest 13s?Demanding this of Even*Dawn, shewisely reminded me ~ the Art Spores

are popping up like mushrooms allover the planet. David Attenboroughcollaborates with the fungi we cansee are actually the owers of a vastnetwork underground.

The Art Spores do not look likeArguelles vision of solar temples anddomes of the senses; they embody thedream in individually multifacetedtechnicolour eccentricities of time=Art.The Aquarian dream, intrinsicly woven

into the wake-up sequence of theDreamspell, is alive and well in Nimbin.Community celebrations/dysfunctionsare manifest/healed in new age style;often in partnership with, and thereforeeducating, bureaucrats, police andpoliticians. Many children of thedream are elders in their seventh decade on this planet, and thus are poised with wisdom and land in the stillradical transformation required to recreate communityin society. The following generations have journeyedinto the mainstream and are now coming back. TheArt Spores are not one mans vision, but a collective

awakening of time artists across earth. Within the 13moon overlay, expanding mind beyond 12:60 time, enfolds the possibility of planetary synchronisation. Imexcited to see what Aquarian communities will manifestspontaneously as the PANcake ips ... like so many artspores owering for Summer Solstice 2012 ...

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~Rolling in along the dusty road with your companion, you

scan the scene which surrounds you. An open eld, overcastsky and brown grass which sounds crispy underfoot. Yousee a bunch of set-up crew roaming around the landscape, drifting across dry Australian bushland, busily exploringwhat the sitemap calls the Treed Camping area of theRainbow Serpent Festival. Having just been wrist bandedat the gate and given a RSF booklet you are pointed over towhere to go to nd a campsite. As the girl on the gate alsopoints out Its really windy. So you can see, as peopleall around you do what they can to tighten tarp ropes andwatch as the bendy poles of dome tents are stretched to theirtensile limits. This time youre going to denitely need to

    peg down the corners...

But where? As you cruise further into the site you are spottedby a guy in big sunglasses walking along the road, he breaksinto a wide smile. You wonder, Do I know that dude?while you watch his back in the rear window as you driveon by, to then notice the Avatars Wheel of Time designscreen printed on his T-shirt. Thats when you recognisehim from that Winter Solstice doof 2 years ago in Far NorthQueensland.

Judging by the dust thats pouring off the road and ontoeverything on the downwind side of it all you and your

companion agree to head to the outermost edge of thefestival campgrounds. Next to a big fenced hillside colouredgreen by the cover of lucern planted there you can see a biggumtree that has a few other camps of partygoers radiatingout from it. The tarp ropes are strung with a bright sh-shaped windkite and rainbow coloured sarongs, at the baseof the tree is a little gnome and other curious decorations. Italready seems like the neighbors are nice.

Knowing that youre scouting out a homebase for moremembers of the Hunab Krew Kinship yet to come you paceout an area for their tents and cars and following the methodset out by those who arrived earlier, drag dropped branchesand sticks to the dotty edge of a wiggly boundary line.

Is this becoming a Temporary Autonomous Zone, nowthat you know where the eski and stove will go? You havethe humble basis of a village hearth, and from around thatheart a little rainbow village will grow. Now youll needsome shelter. But theres no use trying to tie up a tarp whilethe wind is whipping at your hair and blowing everythingaround like this. Might as well have a walk through thefestival site. Before you go you tie the big banner of HunabKu up onto the side of the 4x4, as a sign for any kin on the

    lookout for homebase.

As you wander down the track towards the festival centeryoure taking note of any landmarks to be guided back tocamp by, knowing full well that the view youre taking inwill be transformed beyond recognition within the 5 daysto come. What is now dotted with vans, motorhomesand marquees, and scattered with pedestrians is destinedto morph into a swarming fractal artform, an interactiverepresentation of this current strain of earth dweller culture,as we set our space dwellings amidst the elements and deckthem out in full and glorious festival style. There is a crackling

excitement building, in anticipation of the cosmic journeyyouve just begun, and there is a wind strong enough to setspeed at full sail, so you set your sights to steer a coursethrough whats ahead...

The dunnies are as good a landmark as any, you decide. Atleast theyre going to be staying put the whole time. Look, its Natural Events composting toilets again, thats good. They are painted up, each of the stalls doors covered invarious swirling, technicoloured designs. Rather relievedthat youll be relieving yourself into those sawdust lledwheelie bins, rather than relive the experiences youve had

in other cubicals at other outdoor festivals before...

Just down from the dunnies are a pack of your friends, leaning on the corner of someones campsite. Its so goodto see some familiar faces, ones you know so well that aknowing smile at the twinkle in their eye is all thats neededto catch up on how lifes been again. So in between smiles, winks, laughter and hugging, the general directions towardseach others camps are pointed out, all of us helping eachother get their bearings in the sprawled out and sometimesswirling scenes we share.

On the way to nding out where to start setting up thestall for Semillas Kitchen Organic Wholefoods you bumpinto the Mutoid Waste Co. rig and have a catch up withRobin about the Day Out of Time festival in the desert, and a quick tune in to the panel youll be putting on laterwith Rak Razam and other 2C mediators about the 2012Phenomenon. The JourneyBook was poised to be launchedby the UnderGrowth collective and following this wouldbe a Galactic Cabaret performed by the Kinship for the

Funambulists Playground, a costumed variety show whichyou have been readying yourself for. You start to get thefeeling that this could be a fairly full on event all in all, butnd trust in a knowing that you will uncover the stillnessand silences amidst the movement and commotion that willguide you through the motions of it all.

One such moment occurred in the last rays of the end ofthat same long summer day. Having found some of yourextended family and shown them to the campsite you allthen go to explore the danceoors and stages being built bythe onsite Rainbow Serpent Festival crew, you and sistar Sun

Jewelli come across a white-haired Japanese man building abeautiful space with pieces of natural wood, palms, frondsand branches. Seeing the 3 year old boy who walks withyou with he smiles and points to a tree with low branches, telling us we can go and play on a swing over there.

    ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

Being on the way back to camp to get dinner started youcontinue chatting together while wandering along that way.Under the trees boughs is a swinging cane basket seat, andon a big at stone which is like a coffee table that goes withsome tree stump chairs is placed a milk arrowroot biscuit.Fancy that! you read the expression on the little rainbow

boys face who with a bright smile takes a bite.Someone must have left it there for him! he beams.

You spy the biscuit to suss out its freshness and then decidethat yes, somebody had just happened to leave it there fora hungry little passer by. Spying further all around, you seethe space is full of thoughtful offerings. On the other sideof the tree from the swing has been built a little house, outof wood and stones and found things! Entering through thelow doorway of the round little home is a painted verticlesign reading EVERYONES, so this place has been built byhand to be enjoyed by all. Each piece of branch and twig isinterlocked and interwoven with great care. Everywhere the

stones have been made into natural altars, with the driedbones of little creatures placed with a reverent grace. Thereis even a small internal room on the side of the trees trunk, dim with shadows. You peer around in awe at the slantedlight streaming in through the woven wooden wall.

Outside you see a rock garden, a small pool of gravellysand, with bigger rocks arranged around it like a loveheart. The sacred essence held by the simple act of arranging thesestones in such a way touches the love in your own heart, soyou slowly walk towards a large, lone stone which basksin the last light of the day. Sitting down, you allow grateful

tears to slide down from behind your closed eyes, throughwhich you watch the western sky. A soft kaliedescope ofcrystalline geometries dances before your inner sight. Lightows in to ll the empty space left by your fallen tears asyou receive a message from the ancient landscape. We arewelcomed here by the spirits of the land, so that we mayacknowledge them and dance together as one.

What are you doing? asks the rainbow boy.Sitting. you reply. And smiling at the sun.

Rainbow eagle arrived at my place with three children(to add to my two). So we did this interview amidstpaper planes and excited children tumbling about thedeck, while watching the sunset clouds sit atop Sphinx

Rock, in the Rainbow Region (Northern New SouthWales).

kiri* (k*): Would you like to talk about your dreams or

    your visions?

Rainbow Eagle (RE): The dream is the vision.

    k*: How are they connected?

RE: The dream is who I am, as a lunar wizard, so my

dream is my purpose. My vision is about what willsupport the planet, people and community to livein harmony; practical things like community foodgardens, which provide the base for people to shiftfrom a 40 hour week, for example.

k*: So your vision is of people living in harmony with

the earth; how did Sparkleland come into it?

RE: First I was doing indigenous performance and I

realised there was a separation in it an idea that onlyindigenous people can be caretakers of the land, caneat native animals, you know. I realised I needed tochange my character, be more colourful and inclusive. Then, through wizardry, Sparkleland just popped outspontaneously, and I began to practise caretaking ofthe land through childrens play.

k*: It is amazing to watch you conjour up audienceparticipation and mesmerise the children with yourperformance.

RE: I really just watch childrens play. Knowing wheretheyre at, and how I connected to the earth as a child,I can present it in a way that appeals with sparkles!

k*: So what do you dream of creating with yourperformances?

RE: I want to create a trend so children can get together

and share the same message with each other, ascaretakers of the land. Id like to bring the communitytogether growing food and canoeing.

    k*: Whats the canoe vision?

RE: To buy canoes for all the local creeks for the childrento use. There will be a way of initiating children intotheir power. And that will lead into communitiesplaying together too.

k*: Thats the power of water, eh?

RE: Yeah, its a powerful initiation, the water and therocks. I want to be teaching ceremony to children, doing medecine, having fun. So please support thisby downloading didjeridoo healing and sparklelandstories from www.sparkleland.net and donating. Thenwe can buy canoes and support community gardens sowe have abundance to giveaway. Imagine if we gavethe tourists free vegies, not drugs! Its a chance for theNimbin community to shine and stand up for who theyare trusting in harmony and creating abundance; sowe can give fresh food to the elders, and to the passersby. Creating change. (A tingle went up my legs when Iwas saying that, I feel Im calling in the vision for thisarea). Im especially calling in a new education systemfor children.

    k*: Mmm, thats so needed!

RE: I think theres so much more to be broughtthrough; a new education, a new way of connectingwith the earth, and were all a part of bringing that in

through dreams and visions. Im starting to believe thatthe cities of light are in the mountains, in the cavesin the mountains, and Im going into the caves andsinging into them, coz theyre portals that bring in anew vibration.

k*: Uh huh! So what did you get up to last weekend?

RE: I went to Survival Day in Melbourne, and I noticeda lot of rubbish in the bush there. I couldnt pick itup by myself, so I did a performance and got all thechildren to help. Magically, enough rubbish bagsmanifest, and we called up the warriors there to bring

this old trolley out of the bush, which we lled up withrubbish. The trolley was taken up to the main stageand all the children were congradulated. One little kidgrabbed the mike and told everyone we are caretakersof this land!

k*: Well, thats beautiful! So tell us, what is your dream/

    vision for 2012 transformation?

RE: I trust that what will be will be. I do believe Imenvisioning more sparkles!

JONNO - Hi Dub, are you

    living the dream?

DUBFX - Yeah, Im denitelydoing what I want with mylife, but my dreams alwayschange along with mypriorities, so I try to keep trueto what I want.

    JONNO - How has the

    journey been so far?

DubFX - My journey hasbeen a roller coaster, fromnear death to nirvana likeexperiences. I have beenliving in vans for the last 2years and Ive had loads of

crazy shit happen! Its mademe a stronger person an I feellike Ive developed from aboy to a man.

JONNO - Your skills as an mc/loop pedal guy/vocalistare phenomenal - please tell me you didnt wake up

one morning with the ability to kick it like you do?

DubFX - Nah, I have put a lot of time and effort intodoing what I do. I started singing when I was 17. Iplayed in loads of different types of bands and towards

the end I started MCing for Djs in Melbourne clubsas well... along the way I had started using a guitareffects pedal over my voice an thats where I learnedto manipulate my voice in various ways for a livesituation. In 2006 I decided to go traveling an thatswhen I decided to buy a loop station an try my luckbusking around Europe to pay my way. When I got to England I really started taking it to anotherlevel because the Brits really crave fresh new sounds,so I started emulating styles like grime, drum and bass, dub step, dance hall, jungle an so on... Just by beatboxing an layering phat bass lines into the loopstation,an the rest is history... I had no idea that I would turninto dub fx it just kind of happened...

DubFX - Yeah i grew up in Elwood and St Kilda. Itsmy home but in terms of music, I dont think thatAustralia in general is up to the standards of the UK.It sounds negative but its true. I never thought muchof British music when I lived in oz, but thats becausewe get a ltered version of British music in Australia.Australia lives an breathes Ozy rock and Electro housemusic because thats what the labels feed us, whileeverything else is a minor culture, I know you can nd

all the other genres if you look for it but the scene istiny compared to the UK. Im sick of house an rock, Iwant jungle and dub step.

JONNO - Are you a myspace fan? Do you think itplaces too much emphasis on popularity or is that ok?

DubFX - I think my space is ne. I reckon E-newsand womans weekly places too much emphasis onpopularity. At least on myspace everyone gets to havetheir own say, and we all know you can downloadprograms which add Friends to your myspace, so Idont think people actually take having loads of Friendsto seriously.

JONNO - You are a street performer - so what is it liketo take the music to the streets? How different is it to

    proper gigs?

DubFX - I played loadsof gigs before I startedbusking, and I tell youwhat, I prefer busking anyday. The satisfaction youget when people actually

stop in the street to buy yourCD or just to watch youis far greater then a bunchof drunk punters who arethere to see the next bandor pull chicks... The thingis, Im not just a guy withan acoustic guitar singingcold play, I use a big soundsystem and I crank out phatdirty bass lines over hip

hop and dubby style beats,so Im not your averagebusker. I like to think mostbands bring the street to thestage while I bring the stageto the street...

JONNO - Who are your musical heroes?

DubFX - I have many musical heroes, but my favoritesingers are Seal, Bobby McFerrin, Bob Marley, NatKing Cole, Sinatra, Mike Patton, Barrington Levy andmany more...

JONNO - Do you nd the cultural vibe in Europemuch different to Aussie?

DubFX - Yeah, like I said, the music scene in Europe

is wider and more varied then Australia. I believe its todo with the fact that we have a tiny population on sucha big piece of land. For anyone to be successful withmusic they need to be mainstream or tour endlesslyuntil they collapse. That and the fact that we are so faraway from the rest of the world.

JONNO - Where do you think the state of Aussie

    culture is at?

DubFX - I must sound very un-australian by now but Ilove Oz, dont get me wrong... However, I think that

Aussie culture is in a state of despair. There is toomuch body building an spray tanning going on forpeople to actually take in the world around them. Ourpopular media is trying to sell us a pretty lifestyle full

    21

  • 8/7/2019 2C S3E3 Living the Vision

    22/48

of glamour and fake happiness, much like the kind yousee in America, and if we dont wake up to our selvesour culture is fucked. Mind you this is happeningeverywhere around the world, not just Oz...

JONNO - How important are lyrics in todays musicscene?

DubFX - I think lyrics are only important to those wholisten. However I also think that the delivery of the lyricis what actually makes you listen to them. Ifor one never really listen to lyrics much, Ilisten to the beat, the bass, the groove, andthen after a while I listen to the lyric. Butthen if I put on an eminem track I cant helpbut listen to the lyrics.

Maybe its because he projects hisconsciousness further then most artists thesedays. All I know is that I cant write lyricsthat dont mean anything to me, and whenI sing them I do my best to make peopleunderstand what they mean.

JONNO - Do you have any denite feelings/opinions about the end of the mayan

calendar aka the 21 december 2012 date?

DubFX - Yeah I know all about that stuff,Ive seen a lot of docos that suggest theworld elite will use this Mayan calender towipe out most of the worlds population andpretend its fate to then bring in new world

order. But then I also believe that if the world elitewere so on top of us they would also be able to makedocos that suggest outlandish things like that to occupyus with something while they actually do somethingelse all together. Its impossible to know what the hellis going on, but I do think a lot of bad shit is goingto happen in the next 3 years. The whole Monsantosthing is already enough to make me scared.

JONNO - Was the economic collapse of last year

engineered by banking families based primarily in thecity of London?

DubFX - Who knows? Im not a very smart guy, I neverwas. By watching Zeitgeist I understood that the federalbank reserve has the power to bring an economiccollapse to the system. To be honest I do believe thatthere is a secret power out there with an agenda thatonly suits them, but as unhopeful as it sounds I doubtthey can be stopped.

JONNO - What advice would you give to anyone

considering taking the music/creative arts trip?

DubFX - Keep an opened mind, busking is the bestpractise you will ever get and there is no such thing asa mistake.

What crazy and interesting times these are, Ive dreamt of thismoment in time since I was a child. I remember dreamingof a day when the worlds economic system that alwaysseemed so unfair, would be crumbled to reveal somethingnew to which a more free and fair world could aspire...

It seems so crazy, the world has gone mad, this collectivemind reecting back on itself the most insane ideas. Iremember recalling a year ago how there was a freak outabout petrol prices going up, what a problem this would befor the economy, now today I read a story saying, oh no, thepetrol prices are going down, we gotta do something, quickthe economy wont cope...!

In such times as these where it seems that nothing out therein the media, whether its the fear based war and terrorism, the barack Obamania, the zietgeist conspiracy, whatever itis, what ever side you look at it, the darksiders talking aboutdoom and gloom or the lightsiders doing the opposite, eachone feeding the polarities and somehow over complexifyingan already complex world mindspace.

So what is real amongst all this...?? The book E.T. 101 saysthat reality is simply wherever you place your attention, andwe seem to be coming to a collective understanding thatlike attracts like, we energise into manifestation what wethink, etc etc... My indigenous friends say that the only thingwe know is real is nature, the Earth, this big blue planet thatnurtures us, and the cosmos that creates us. I wholeheartedlyagree. ive often wondered about gurus and deities and othersuch emanations and wonder, where do these exist? Whereis this mysterious place where the shivas and jesuses and

buddhas exist, am I energising a thought form here, givingmy power over to the external when all those concepts restat home within me and much more clearly here on Earth...

I walk with the Jaguar, he comes to me in my dreaming, when I lay asleep/wake in the jungles of the amazon myspirit moves in stealth like a power shadow hidden amongstthe stars, energised by the songlines of the cosmos. WhenIm on the land in Australia, I see with the eyes of the eagle,my mind ies high in the sky and the erce determinationto dive into life and death inspires me and those aroundme. Nature calls me home. Every day i hear her, loud andclear, theres no question in that, just a pure deep devotion

and knowing that beyond all thoughts my being rests instillness on the Earth under the Sun. So I choose to breathin that life...

In my surrender I am guided, its a blissful path thoughat times my mind is challenged to see beyond knowing, that is, the mystery unfolds as it will. So I trust, deeply inthat truth. And my soul is fullled, I seek of nothing, thisdevotion to spirit is all I need and in my surrender thewonders of the cosmos that are shown to me far exceedany other historical timewarp or human mind condition. Inthis instance I am free

We are being and in this being we are creators and timetravellers. In this time of the closing of the galactic cycleand ancient procession of evolution beyond known spaceinto the pure telepathic onemind, Im asked by all, whatis it that Im creating? What is my lifes work, what is itthat i do?? Seems the curious monkey mind really wantsto know...

So then if I am this creator at home on earth, starseeded fromthe one cosmic dream, I am responsible for what I createin this life, im no separate from the sinsiter they from thezeitgesiters nightmare. Im choosing to see that another wayis possible, a way where we empower ourselves beyond

all cosmic being into the one mind of noospheric reality.Im energising the positive stories of human revolutionin time, the ecological artful renaissance of planet earth,

the leaders that are emerging who have genuine vision and

the courage and endurance to see it through, and I thankyou all for seeing this dream come true. See it cause its real,we are living in this beauty, its us, we are creating this...

We will live in a world that is free from pollution, the mindwill be still, and nature will be abundant and give us morethan we ever imagined. The stars shine for us all with storiesand memories of way before the fall, its only a silent whisperaway from yesterday or tomorrow that nds us right herenow in the Garden of Eden.

Im inspired by the emergence of a new paradigm, onewhere the ancient wisdom and art of our indigenous culturesmerges with the inspiring innovations of green technologyand woah the love vibrations that we might reach togetheras we sew the seeds and watch and tender this gardengrowing together...

So for those who cant yet see the door thats open to thefuture of being one with mind planet and time, hold myhand as we sing the songlines of the stars and all eternity,

the mirror or our ancestory is written in the sky, and we can

remember that we were the ones who wrote it, long ago inthe future of the ancient past that really is nowhere or notime but here now.

Take some time in your own dreaming to consider how youare participating in this grand renaissance of humanity andearth, there is wealth and abundance of beautiful dreams toshare in, projects, people, places all geared up to heal theearth. Now is the time to bring our attention to these dreams, can we focus our attention so intently on the creation ofthis beautiful garden, bring our energy and resources to thatwhich is going to nurture and support the world we wantfor our childrens playground of the future? Above all, enjoy

the journey we share this dream together in a life of loveand mystery

Go for a walk to the garden, look outside at the sky, feelthe earth beneath you and hear her beautiful sounds as shesings you, and feel the love and supreme compassion as shewaits for you patiently to hear her gentle call...

Come home beautiful children of the garden and whenthe problems of the techno world consume your mind andyou come to the inevitable conclusion that life can be sosimple and beautiful as your genetic memory knows, thentake that next step a little further out into the land and youwill be met there in peace and stillness. and when youvefound that stillness in yourself the serpent will whisper inyour ear the secrets of life youve always wanted to hear.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~You make a beeline back to camp after having workeda shift at Semillas Kitchen, and pop your head intoPriestessas palatial tent to get some help assembling thecosmic costume you acquired at a second hand shop inMelbourne town. After chatting and playing with pots ofsparkly face paint you are starting to feel more preparedfor your role in the Galactic Cabaret, which is still a fewnowers ahead in time.

Between now and then you can take part in the Journeybook launch at the Hub space with theUndergrowth team, and so thats where youre headed, decked out in sequins, trudging through the plumes ofdust which stir up at every step. Using the rhythm ofyour footsteps to keep time, you murmur somes rhymefrom the spoken word piece you will recite at the booklaunch.

On the way there you pass a small pond of still waterdownwind from a small forest of poles strung with heaps

of hammocks, the evaporation on the breeze offeringcool relief to the swingers hanging out in the shade. There is a small crowd gathered in front of a re burningin a dug out pit, it seems something they are waiting foris about to begin. Now that youre all dressed for cosmicduty your senses are keened to signs of the synchronicorder to present themselves along the way. Is this a signthat you should slow down?

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~Switching course you steer yourself towards the minglingassemblage coordinated by a woman with a walkie-talkieand a older islander man warmly waving newcomers in.

This, says the man, is the start of what the roster calls TheOfcial Rainbow Serpent Opening Ceremony Rehearsal byIndigenous Elders. He pauses while the crowd quietly laughand murmur in anticipation. Now were gonna do a danceto honor the ancestors and call in Great Spirit. Everybodyready? To which everyone says Yeah!

So rst, we gotta point in that direction over there, putthis hand behind our head and spin around bringing ourarm around like this and then swapping hands to point inthat direction over there. Got it? You make some wobblyattempts at turning around, while trying to keep our eyes onthe smiling elder at the front.

Then were gunna point in that direction over there, do itturning around this way and end up pointing over there.

Then ya stand like this, make a spiral up and down thenswing ya hands around the side towards ya hip.

Ok? Hows it looking? Our muddling movements start tomake a bit more of a show of coordination as we take it fromthe top again.

You notice some Yoori fellas closer to your own age tending

to the sacred re behind us as they watch, and gure that wedmake a pretty unlikely looking mob. A clan of colourfullyclad rainbow warriors taking the time and making an effortto learn steps to a dance which has deep roots in an ancientcultural heritage. Their land, this land- the homeland of ourchildren. All the while the thumping drone of electronicmusic pulses throughout the surrounding landscape.

All right, everybody ready? All together now. Ourinstructor faces the front and leads us through the movesweve barely begun to pick up. As you follow the seriesof simple movements you feel as though some primordial

creation story is interwoven into every step. Its as if we arere-enacting an ancient voyage from the stars and have comedown from our shared stellar origins in canoes of light, landing once again upon these sacred grounds on which wedance. As you hold the last pose youre pretty sure everyoneelse is feeling fully activated as well.

Next we get into groups of males on one side and the femaleson the other, standing in loose lines and facing each other. Our elder tells us that the women hold their arms up overtheir heads and sway from side to side like theyre coconuttrees blowing in the breeze, to which that side gracefullycomplies while the guys are taught to lower their stance into

a strong pose and move forward towards the centre with awarrior intent. He then teaches us two parts to a tribal songwhich each side sings in turns as we perform the dance.

Afterwards we swap the dance roles over and perform them

in turns towards the facing side again, like we are mirrors ofour masculine and feminine counterparts. Thus complete, the rehearsal comes to its conclusion and you are told thatthe opening ceremony will be conducted on the main stageat sunset and welcomed to do the dance again. Gatheringup your shoes and bag from the perimeter of the sacred reyou pause to take a deep breath, feeling full of gratitude forthe amusingly spontaneous protocols of cosmic culture.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~Your arrival to the booklaunch is somewhat early at the HubSpace and you are greeted by Jewel Cross and Shane whoare hosting the shared cyber meeting zone. You are soon joined by the google geek in a lab coat, Dr Moreau whosurreptitiously starts to pour sangria from perspex test tubeswhile answering my inquiries about the effective dose rateof the latest concoction he is customising for the occasion.

A rambunctious troupe of leopard skinned felines pussyfootpast the Hub Space, attracting passers by and interactingwith the 2 men in space suits who have put together thepsychedelic anthology that is the Journeybook. Whenhanded a camera you take photos of space man Tim Parishtaking photos of leopardess LuLu as she snarls and pounceshis way. You take some more happy snaps as the launchcommences, then Rak removes his helmet to read out anexcerpt from the introduction of the book.

A Festival for Every SeasonBy Sandie Hernandez - Red Lunar Moon

Many moons ago I thought how wonderful it would be totake Semillas Kitchen out into the world as a food stall. My inspiration comes mostly from traveling. Theres nothingI enjoy more than visiting local markets, eating from littlefood stalls on the streets and enjoying traditional festivitiesand the food prepared in different countries. My visionsynchronously came together with fellow kin, a timely

coming together of dreaming. The festival atmospherebrings to ones awareness a sense of excitement and fun. TheSemillas Kitchen touring food stall is brought together by acreative crew of friends - all of whom are involved in musicand art which takes them out into the festival as performers, poets, speakers, visual artists. Their involvement brings lifeto the kitchen as they set-up, decorate, cook, clean, serveand sing. They go out into the festival before or after a shiftand drop by to tell us stories on their own journeys in thefestival dream.

They are an integral part in sharing & bringing to life thevision I hold for the stall - that of nourishing, organic,

vegetarian food inspired by traditional cultures around theworld. Together we create a warm, welcoming atmosphereusing bright colours, hand painted signs, owers and warmfabrics. It looks beautiful.

The next festival season will see Semillas Kitchen in fullswing, her rst full festival season, a traveling kitchenbringing nourishment and delicious, sustaining, energy tofellow kin. Semillas Kitchen travels as part of the Kinship- an artists collective, including many Second Creationkin, all of whom take part in dreaming up the stall for eachfestival. See you there.

Here are a couple of recipes which reect the avours weuse in Semillas Kitchen. Enjoy.

Tortilla - Spanish OmeletteArguably Spains most famous dish, aside from paella, tortilla is simple and delicious. It is found all over Spain, every tapas bar has its speciality. My mum makes it with theaddition of peas. Other good additions are nely choppedsauteed silver beet, pine nuts with saffron and currants, zucchini fried in olive oil, fresh asparagus.

6 large, waxy, yellow potatoes, (Nicola is my favouritetype of potato) cut in half then sliced about 1/2 cm

thick2 brown onions, in half then sliced about 1/2 cm thick1/2 bunch at leaf parsley, cut the very thick stalks off atthe end and roughly chop the rest5 large, organic eggs

Drain the beans, place in a large pot with cold water, enoughto cover by 2 inches. Cover with a lid, boil with epazote orbay leaves until tender, about 40 - 50 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive or sunower oil in afrying pan. Add the onion & garlic and saute until fragrant,a few moments. Stir in the ground chile, black pepper, salt, oregano, cumin seeds, tomatoes simmer for at least 10minutes, before adding to the beans.

Continue to simmer until beans are soft and all smellingnice and fragrant. In a small bowl mix the masa lista ormaize with enough cold water to make a smooth paste. Stirin to beans and continue simmering until thick. Stir in thelime and orange juice, check the salt and pepper. Eat as isor with simple roasted or steamed pumpkin & sweet potato, sprinkled with feta cheese or sour cream.

set on the bottom. Turn the heat down to low and continuecooking until the omelette is beginning to set in the centre. At this point, get ready a large at plate and place over thetortilla in the pan. Holding the plate rmly in place with onehand, holding the pan handle with the other. Quickly ipthe tortilla over so that the plate is on the bottom, removethe pan and return to heat. Add the remaining olive oil andwhen hot slide the tortilla back into the pan, tucking in theedges. Continue to cook until the tortilla is set, this wont

take too long, around 8 minutes. Slide onto a plate andlet cool to room temperature. Slice into wedges and servewith fresh sourdough bread and a crunchy green salad withtomatoes and a dressing of crushed garlic, red wine vinegar, dried & crushed oregano, olive oil and a little sea salt. Abowl of crunchy green olives adds to the experience.

Chilmole de Frijol - Black BeansA delicious lling dish, inspired by a Yucatecan dish from thesouth of Mexico. The Yucatecans are fond of bitter orange,a main ingredient in many dishes from that region. You mayuse Seville oranges if available, or a combination of lime

and orange juice. Epazote is a herb used in many Mexicandishes. It grows easily in a pot and seeds are available fromorganic non-hybrid seed suppliers.

Through the nights air, between the gel-coloured trees litup along the pathways through the dark we walk together asone holon, buoyantly bouncing along the ground beneathour dancing feet. You come closer to the geo-dome homeof the senses, which is hung with

the most exquisite artworks youveever laid your pupils upon.

In a hushed awe you all cuddlein the middle of the zone neckscraned and eyes upwardly gazingat the starshaped print above.Something about this immersioninto the sensory spectrum bridgesthe membrane between thephenomenal and imaginal realms, activating every member in thehuddle.

Who is he? Semilla asks.A voice murmurs an unexpectedanswer into the shared telepathicgod pod. As we suddenlycomprehend that we are receivinga transmission we look excitedlyinto each others heart spaces, eager to hear the reply.

Luke Brown is an intrepidpsychonautical explorer, part ofa new generation of visionaries

reconstructing the templates of artas we know it. His creative outputspeaks of the spiritual mysteries inthe human imagination. Mysticalexperiences, dreams, medicine journeys, and channelled luciddialogues with the source of creativity itself, seem toguide and be guided by the colourful symmetries andliving surfaces of his art. Much of his work emerges froma graceful synthesis of digital and painting mediums.Developing his work through mix and remix technologies,Luke is constantly redening his style as a spiritual medium

for growth. Charting a course through the multiverse,he isintent on mapping his hyperspatial experiences with utmostaccuracy, with whichever medium seems best suited, asa form of multidimensional cartography. His art has beenshown internationally with such visionary heavyweightssuch as Alex Grey, H.R. Giger, Robert Venosa and ErnstFuchs.

Into the full pause of psychic silence that follows we registerthe end of the transmission. Suddenly, out of the blue Jshwaspeaks up. Hold on! Who is this? Is that you Luke?

Into the noiseless space thatfollows we dissolve all notionsthat whoever it is can reallyidentify themselves. So Jshwa goeson, Well if it is you Luke Brown,or Spectraleyes or whatever... Uh,where- are you?I currently divide my seasonsbetween Bali, Indonesia andthe lush Elnstone rainforest inBC Canada, two of an innitenumber of parallel universes anddimensions in which I reside

within simultaneously. Balito me is the artists paradise...I have the opportunity to beimmersed in a culture that regardsmultidimensional perspectives ascommonplace and translates thatinto art in such a psychedelicway. Its a spirit based cosmologyand culture I very much identifywith, and it inuences my art inmore ways than I can describe.

You peep open one of your eyesto see your kinfolk are all noddingand breathing into their bellycenter. Somehow everyone hadgravitated in a starshaped circle,

holding hands in the middle of thegeo-dome gallery.

I foresee the closer we get to the event horizon of 2012 andthe higher frequencies that are present in the galactic center, the undeniable obviousness that our inner imagination ofourselves is reected holographically into the outer world. To the point where our deepest fears and greatest joys will

be immediately manifested, prompting a new level of self-referral and responsibility as co-creative dreaming agents.

We are a collective mind/heart, inseparable from creationitself...As we empower ourselves and take responsibility ascreators, the more power we attract to make true positivechange and the ability to usher in the coming age of light

with grace and ease. All that does not serve us in thesehigher dimensions of light will simply dissolve from ourlife experience.

Christos voice reverberates through our group hara, like thechiming of cosmic chuckles. What a sublimely museumrated experience...

This is a resonantly inspired opportunity to remind all ofyou of the luminous diamond hearts of innite God-likepotential that I know in truth that you are. I offer a prayerfrom the core of my awakening heart for us all to opento the full spectrum of our consciousness now. The life

that I am so blessed to experience is rapidly dismantlingmy limited shell of social conditioning to reveal my trueidentity. This true identity is not my name or my beliefs oreven my body or senses. I have come to nd through mypresent felt experience that Divinity itself is at the core of thisjewelled mandala at the center of all Being. It is the GreatLove that binds all things and beings in this magnicentdisplay of interdependance that is so undeniably found onevery level of scale from the most minute microbial particleto the farthest reaches of interstellar forever, all completingthe Great Universal Masterpiece that we are collectivelyparticipating in. I am choosing to awaken here and now to

this state of unity consciousness by seeing through the eyesof the heart and not through the lens of incessant chatteringof mind and ego identity. My prayer from the deepest core ofme is to trigger into remembering this within yourselves.

I see. says visionary mediator Even Dawn.

She asks the point of space above their heads-So what does that process of rememberance look like?

The exquisite display of continual synchronous magik thatendlessly unfurls around me like jewel-encrusted fractal fernfronds, blossoming into eternity is reaching such ridiculouslevels. Unfathomably mind shattering synchronicities, steadily becoming the standard, is reaching a point wherethere is now a trancendance of the state of stunned awethat I keep nding myself in. The miraculous can indeedbe commonplace. This is teaching me priceless value inthe recognition that it is my inner imagination of myselfthat is determining my experience of reality and what Iattract to myself. All of my deep rooted fears, anxieties andinsecurities that have etched themselves into my musclememory are now dissolving away from me to be replacedwith an immovable crystal mountain of empowerment andcreativity.

How are you doing that? asks Mattriks, looking like hedlike to learn how to do a cool trick like that himself.

I am choosing to dissolve all aspects of consciousnessthat invests in the belief in limitation and scarcity. All ofmy greatest dreams and prayers are being answered by the

source of creation itself with the nest of details. It is sogrounded at the center of the center of my life experienceand enriches me so fully as if I am drinking from a vitalizingfountain that is innitely abundant that there is no depletionof its resource.

I am breathing this vibrant vitality through every pore inmy skin and exhaling it omnidirectionally to the whole ofexistence. I choose to surround myself with loving, creative, open hearted, open minded co-inspiritive dreaming agents. For these reections, I am truly grateful.

There are so many ways in which we can numb our sensesthrough unhealthy food, negative belief patterns, televisionetc...and in turn limit our access to the full spectrum of our

multi dimensional innite consciousness that is our trueselves. We have the divine birthright to blossom withinand walk this great Gaia timeship as lucidly awakeneddreaming warriors. The source of my creative inspiration isfrom the source of inspiration itself.

Priestessa releases a soft utter of a sigh. I am feeling soinspired! she declares.

We can drop all our fears and illusions and surrender toour God given right to wholeness in the heart. There existsa state of being within all of us that is a state of perfecttensegrity and
