• Candidates must produce the front page, contents and double page spread of a new music magazine.

• All images and text must be orginal, produced by the candidate, (minimum of 4 images per candidate).

Front Pages…

Here are a range of music magazine front covers. They are all full of bright colours and grab my attention so these would be good to use as ideas for my music magazine.

Contents Pages…These magazines catch my eye out, they look attractive to me. I will use these as ideas for my own magazine. The layouts for these magazines are the thing that I will be using for ideas.

Inspiration for my Front Page

I will be using ‘Vibe’ magazine for my inspiration. I like how the front covers are just standing out. I will use these ideas and build on this for my magazine. My magazine should be as effective as these.

Inspirations for my Contents Page

I will again be using ‘Vibe’ as inspiration for my music magazine. I like the layout on the page especially how the image dominates the page, this is the main thing that draws my attention.
