1. Submit an order email to [email protected] - reference SKU 2GIG-CPLOGO1. 2. Submit the following items in the order email (only one order email per dealer is required): Dealer logo. Logo submission must comply with logo submission requirements listed below. Contact information for the person responsible for approving the final logo. Alarm.com Customer IDs of the GO!Control and TS1 panels to which the logo will be downloaded. 3. 2GIG will manipulate logos as required to be displayed appropriately on the GO!Control and TS1 home screen. 4. A sample screenshot of the final artwork will be submitted to the dealer for final approval. The final artwork needs to be printed, signed, and returned to 2GIG. 5. After approval, the logo will be sent to Alarm.com. Dealers may then work with Alarm.com to download the logos to their customer’s panels. 2GIG Technologies is pleased to announce the ability for dealers to add their logos to the GO!Control and TS1 home screens. Be aware that the logo is not required to use the full width of the space provided. Logos should be comprised of colors that contrast well with the background color where possible. For best results, logo artwork must be submitted in scalable vector file format such as Adobe Illustrator ( .ai file). If a scalable vector file format version of the logo is not available, high resolution (at least 480 pixels in vertical dimension) raster formats can be accepted (jpg, gif, png, bmp).
