1.MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:

Area Chairman Tr.Prakash Kapadia called the 2nd AEX meeting of 2012 - 13 of AREA X to

order with a toast to the President Republic of India.

2. AIMS AND OBJECTS:

Tr. Siddharth Nayak read the Aims and objectives of RTI.

3. Welcome Address:

The Chairman Tr.Prakash welcomed National TZP Convenor Tr.Sachin Shah, AEX board

members, conveners, Tablers and HT Shankar Belgavi to the 1st AEX meet.And wished

everybody Eid Mubarak.

3. SERGEANT ‐‐‐‐ AT – ARMS

Tr.Anand Heda was appointed as the sergeant and Tr.Mukesh Panchal as the Marshal.


4. Establishment of Quorum

AST Tr.Deepak Raibagi confirmed that the Quorum was established for the meeting to

commence.

5. Confirmation of previous AEX meeting minutes: Tr.Siddharth Nayak confirmed the receipt

of the previous AEX minutes.

6. Area Convenor Reports:

6.1 Fellowship: Tr.Lucky Singh was absent

ACTIVITY REPORT & PLANS

6.2 FTE Project Convenor:

Tr.Nitin Sharma

1: P&G Playground scheme: Under this scheme 2 projects from Area X is approved by the

National to be taken up by KRT 154 & BVRT 152.

2: NBS Tour : Area X successful hosted 16 guests from Netherlands who were part of NBS

delegation to India which will help Area X by the funding they provide for FTE projects.


3: FTE Projects : As of now 7 tables have come forward with their plans of taking up classroom

construction, totallying to 15 classrooms which we intend to freeze by 15th

of December.

6.3. RTI Week/TZP Convenor:

• The 2nd Quarter Super Star had expressed his desire to conduct 80 project during RTI

week/TZP Week at 1st AEX , and boy !! he delivered more than he desired., Area X did

a total of 80 project during the RTI Week, can proudly say the highest in RTI history.

• He congratulated Table Chairman’s of 37,152,153,154,178 and 205 for successfully

completing TZP event on 14th November.

6.4 Leadership & Personal Development Convenor:

LMF Tr.Gururaj Panchalar:

• Completed PTBAT exercise for 3 tables of the area

Future Plans:

• Plans to have a Leadership Conclave in the month of April, where every table has to

send min two trs for the program.

• Joint PTBAT in December for DRT60 and HCRT142 to be organized.

• PTBAT for the new table MYRT228 in the month of December, to coordinate with

PCRT128.

• Suggested to combine to have ALC during MTM by ALC would get max attendance,

which was turned down by HT Sadiq and the board.

• Table level LAPD at table fellowships to be promoted, special focus on couple

module.

6.5 Supply House & Greeting Cards :

• Is in constant touch with conveners of GC & SH of all tables for promotion and sales.

• Supply house product were displayed at AGM and 2nd AEX meet in Kolhapur.

• Total sale of supply house amounts to Rs.1.47 Lakhs

• Area X stands No. 1 in SH

• 10 out of 12 tables have participated.

The live “Area X Bazaar” which is setup at every AEX was able to sell goods worth Rs 37000.00

Plans for the coming quarter:

• Coordination with respective table conveners to promote GC & SH.

• Innovative ideas to be initiated to increase the sales of GC & SH.

• To introduce customized item for each table, so as to increase the sales of SH.


6.6 Corporate Alliance & Fund Raising:

Tr.Mahesh Khandke

Rishta Card were launched during 1st AEX,All the board member were given the Privilege

Card along with RISHTA Booklet.

Although the project is in nascent stage, lot work is in process to get the tie-up with the

companies to get maximum benefit to the tablers. He promised to speed-up the tie-up

process with the companies at local levels in Hubli, Belgaum, Kolhapur and other tabling

locations.

• Tr.Mukesh reported that the new table was chartered MYRT 228 (MARGAO YOUTH

ROUND TABLE) on 3rd Nov 2012 @ Goa by NVP Tr HARISH SHENOY, Sponsored by PCRT

128. He thanked the area chairman Prakash Kapadia , Tr.Ankit Kumar and whole team

of pcrt128 for making this happen.

• He also announced another great news , that Area X will be inaugurating a new Table

at Hospet and he is through with the required no. of contact meetings, he thanked our

HT. Abdul Sadiq, for being the guest speaker during the contact meeting.

Also appreciate the efforts of Tr. Pashu RT 152, Tr. Venkatesh RT 178 , Tr. Prashant RT 178

for making this happen in total there are 20 prospective to be inducted. The Hospet

Table logo designing is in process, special thanks to prospective Sudeep and Vishal the


two young future tablers from hospet who have taken the lead. The inauguration of

Hospet Table is on 9th December by NVP Tr Harish Shenoy.

Future plans: He has committed to have one more table in Belgaum sponsored by BRRT 205

with the efforts of Tr.Sushim who is the extension convenor for belgaum and also one more

new table at Kolhapur and Goa for which support is required from the respective existing

Tables and chairman’s.

6.8 Extension – Belgaum:

• Announced that he is talks with few groups to form a new table at Belgaum before

the 4th quarter.

6.9 Go Green/ Mass Tour: Tr.Siddharth Nayak

• Had nothing much to report, but stressed that all the RTI Week projects were

promoting Go-Green as the theme.

6.10 Twinklers/ Little Genius Club : Tr.Harsha Rao was absent.


6.11 IT & Blog & Editor: Tr.Anil Savla was absent.

6.12 Best Practices / Rules- Tr.Prashant Hebsur

• Informed the floor that RTI was planning to propose a motion to club COB and NAGM

for the coming year 2013-14, to reduce cost and time.

• Also mentioned that all measures have been taken to charter Hospet table w.r.t to

rules of RTI.

6.15 Area honorary Tabler: Sq.Leg Abdul Sadiq

• Was extremely happy that the work done by area x was very much appreciated

whenever he happen to meet tabler’s from other areas.

• Congratulated AC PK for extending MYRT228 table, and wished all the best for the 2nd

extension at Hospet on February 2013.

7. Chairman’s Report.

a) Hubli Round Table 37:

On Fellowships Front:

Had 4 theme based fellowships till now. Tablers were present in good numbers for all

fellowships and enjoyed togetherness. All fellowships were truly Hungama….Masti Full On.

1. Rock On fellowship hosted by Tr. Sandeep Neeralagi with Live Rock Band.

2. Antakshari Challenge hosted by Tr. Sunil Sarur.

3. Coffee & Cream hosted by Tr. Sushant Agarwal.

4. Casino Las Vegas – Diwali Theme Party hosted by Tr. Veerendra Koujalagi

Projects:

Completed 10 meaningful projects out of which 08 completed during RTI Week.

1. Blood Donation Camp - Organised by HRT-37 jointly with DRT60, HCRT142, HART153 &

HKRT178 on 10th Nov. 2012 at Vivekanand Hospital. Around 40 tablers visited and 24

Tablers donated Blood. This project was sponsored by Tr. Girish Mane

2. Annual Drawing Competition - "Tare Zameen Par" was conducted on 11th Nov. 2012 at

Rotary School. Around 250 students participated and 3 groups were formed, 1st to 3rd

STD, 4th to 7th STD & 8th to 10th STD with theme of "GO GREEN“.

3. Distribution of Food to Cancer patients and Old age home was done on 12th Nov.

2012 and sponsored by HT. Sunil Mathreja.

4. Bus stop painting was done on 13th Nov. 2012 jointly with HCRT142. This is a part of

publicity as well. The project was sponsored by Tr. Siddharth Nayak.

5. Posting of RTI Hoarding was done on 14th Nov. 2012 at our Adopted Vidyanand

School. Also giving a very good publicity. The project was sponsored by Tr. Sandeep

Rokhade.

6. Distribution of Food to Blind School Children was done on 15th Nov. 2012 and

sponsored by Tr. Veerendra Koujalagi.





Fund Raising:

• We have raised Rs. 32,250/- within the table for RTI week projects.

• Also raised Rs. 30,000/- towards supporting a child’s education for a year.

Supply House:

• We have purchased various supply house materials worth Rs. 15,000/-

Greeting Cards:

• We have purchased 600 Greeting Cards.

Extention:

• 02 inductions have been done.

• 05 prospective will be inducted shortly taking the table strength to 23.

Publicity:

• Posting of RTI Hoarding at prominent location.

• Bus stop painting jointly with HCRT-142.

Others:

• 08 Tablers attended Area X AGM @ Goa.

• Completed 07 Business Meet and 04 Fellowship Meet.

• Attended Fellowship hosted by HKRT178.

• Participated in Ten Tana Ten Cricket Tournament organized by HKRT 178

• 07 Tablers and 02 HT’s attended Wah India, World Meet at Hyderabad.

ACTIVITY REPORT OF RT 60 for the 1st Quarter.

Fellowships:

Had 3 fellowships.

1st fellowship:

It was jointly hosted by Tr.Suresh and Tr. Ravi in Murakatti farms outskirts of Dharwad. It was

attended by all the floor tabler’s and the prospective tabler’s.


2nd fellowship: 25.10.2012

It was jointly hosted by Tr.Jitendra,Tr.Narendra,Tr.Girish Tr, Abhishek at TIWAC garden’s in

Dharwad. The fellowship meeting was indeed a great day for DRT-60 as it was joint meeting

between

DRT-60, BRRT-105 and BRT 205. The meeting also had a grand induction program 5

prospective tabler’s

were inducted to DRT-60 and 2 prospective tabler’s were inducted in BRT-205. The event was

well

attended chief guest of the evening was Area chairman Prakash.Kapadia, AST Deepak.

Raibagi, AFC

Lucky singh. We had tabler’s visiting from belgaum and Hubli . 41er’s squares legs and H.T

attended in

good number’s. Tr. Abhishek was awarded superstar of area 10. All of them had a very good

time. AFC

Lucky singh handed over the fellowship torch from PCRT-128 to DRT-60.


3rd Fellowship:20.11.2012

It was jointly hosted by Tr.Bhupesh and Tr.Satyajith Torgalmath in Dharwad gymkahana.

Fellowship Torch:

DRT 60 handed over the fellowship torch to BRT-205. 4 tabler’s representing DRT 60 went to

Belgaum to hand

over the fellowship torch to BRT-205. DRT-60 were welcomed by all the tabler’s and a very

good fellowship.

Projects:

1) Jointly did a project blood donation camp in RTI week jointly with HCRT-142, HRT-37, HART-

153, HKRT-178.

Fund Raising: Nothing to report.

Supply House: DRT-60 purchased materials worth 6500/- and placed order for 50 diaries.

Greeting Cards: Greeting cards-1000 no.s.

Extension: We have inducted 5 prospective’s as tabler’s in the grand induction program.

Publicity: Nothing to report.

HRD: Planning to organize PT-BAT training for the table along with HCRT-142.

Others: NBS students visited DRT-60. They were toured TATA Marcopolo industry in Dharwad

and they visited the first school built funded by NBS in Alnavar.


c) Davangere Round Table 76:

d) Belgaum Round Table 119:

Fellowships:

Had two fellow for the year,

1st Fellowships was on 10th nov organized by prospect Tr.Sanchit at VB farms in macchee,

belgaum theme was dark dresses that night n all the Tr’s and Cr’s were present for the same .

2nd fellowship was on 14th nov organized by Tr vinayak at his residence on the occasion of

his wife n cr’s b’day we had organized a surprise b’day party for her where in all the Tr’s n

Cr’s cut a cake n celebrated.


Projects:

The RTI week went in full enthu most of the tr’s were present for most of the projects we

started off the same n the details are mentioned as below.

2nd Oct: On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti we distributed sweets in New Girls High School,

Shahpur,belgaum.A competition on Speech was orgainsed and later the prizes were

distributed by the Tr’s and Cr’s together.

14th Nov : we organized drawing competition at a handicap school in Jed Galli,

Shahpur,belgaum .after which the prizes were distributed by the table chairman tr’s vinayak

& Circling chair person Deepa

15th Nov: we had organized to celebrate Diwali with the senior citizen at Shantai

Vridhashrasm in Belgaum, where the circlers lit diyas, twinklers burst fireworks with the seniors

citizens.the twinklers and circlers had a great time time celebrating diwali with the aged

people.

16th Nov: we had a project with the HIV affected orphan Children @ Spandan, this is a

privately run institute for HIV affected children who are orphans.we donted groceries and

also celebrated one the girls(Swati) b”day which happen to be on the same day and also

cut and distributed chocolates and cake for the same.

17th Nov: organized a blood donation camp at civil hospital,belgaum.Tr Ravi,Tr Vinayak and

the prospect Tr sanchit donated blood to the needy person .

18th Nov: A drawing competition was organized at Keneya high school , belgaum

19th Nov: Tr Amit & Tr Ravi donated Rs 3000/- at Spandan for buying of fruits as providing

nutritional meal for the children affected by HIV.

20th Nov: A donation of Rs 1000/- was given by the Table for the funeral of a relative of a

very poor lady.

21st Nov: Health Checkup camp was organized at Metro (a pickle manufacturing unit in

Shinoli) all the workers and the staff members were provided with a free health checkup at

their manufacturing facility in Shinoli.

22nd Nov: A carpet measuring 600sft worth Rs 9000/- was donated at Shantai Vridhashram

(old age home).

Fund Raising:

During RTI week we have raised Rs.35000/- internally from Tablers and Past Tablers.


e) Panjim City Round Table 128: Tr.Ankit Kumar was absent but reported the

following.

Have completed 2 meetings till date.

HRD:

• Conducted PTBAT for pcrt128.

• 2 tablers Tr.Vinay and Tr.Ankit attended TEXT programme at belgaum.

Extension:

• Plan for the year is on extension both internal as well as external

• They have successfully inaugurated a new table at Margao which is now called MYRT

Projects:

• FTE projects at Mapusa with P&G

• 15 august flag hosting at government primary school.

• Conducted blood donation project at Panjim

Publicity:

• To have a tie-up with Remo Fernandes and Shadab Jakati as Brand Ambassador

IRO:

• Auto Rickshaw challenge, where in 16 rickshaws with some 20 foreign national visited

Goa, PCRT showed cased FTE project done by them.


f) Hubli Central Round Table 142:

PRESIDENTS THEME & LOGO, JOINTLY WITH HRT 37.

• TZP DRAWING COMPETITION FOR SPECIAL CHILDREN @ “VISHWADHARMA

SCHOOL”, GABBUR. 80 STUDENTS PARTICIPATED. CERTIFICATES GIVEN TO ALL &

PRIZES GIVEN AWAY TO ALL WINNERS IN 3 CATEGORIES. FOOD & BEWERAGE

GIVEN TO ALL STUDENTS & TEACHERS.

Bellary Vikings Round Table 152: Tr.Pashupathi Chellur was absent for the AEX but forwarded

his report which is as follows:

Fellowship: This quarter we had two fellowships

• 1st fellowship to celebrate our runner victory at Ten Tana Ten event at Hubli hosted

by HKRT178.

• 2

nd fellowship was women’s night out.

Projects:


� Publicity event was done where a quarter page advertisement was given in Hindu

newspaper.

• Donation of 100 Night wear and Sarees to mentally retarded people

Had 5 contact meetings for extension of New Table at Hospet.

HRD: Conducted PTBAT for new prospective at Hospet on Nov 22.

Others: Successfully bid for this year’s MTM, and tr pashu pathi visited tables at Salem and Vellore.


h) Hubli Accent Round Table 153:

• A theme based fellowship called “Mera Gaon Mera Desh” was held at HT Abdul Sadiq

• The second fellowship of the year was named “Tito’s Nite” at hotel Travel Inn on 27th

Oct 12.


• Twinklers Night Out was the 3rd theme fellowship at Woodlands Lawns on 18th Nov 2012.


Projects:

• Water Purification System Donated To Shanti Sadan Orphanage which Benefited more

than 50 Childrens.

HART Celebrated RTI Week 2012 with 10 Meaningful Projects Contributed To the Society:

Project 1 : Blood Donation Camp – Jointly with City Tables

Project 2: Conducted Rally on the occasion of World Diabetes Day in association with

BETACON Hospital.


Project 3: Food Distribution @ Mano Vikal Kendra, Mentally Challenged Orphanage, Unkal.

Project 4: Free Diabetes and Obesity Check-up Camp Benefited 100 plus people.

Project 5 : Donation of Announcement System to Kusugal Government Girls School


Project 6: Donation of Computer Tables to Gopankoppa Government School

Project 7 : Donation of Grocery to Samarthanam Orphanage, Dharwad

Project 8 : Donation of Beds to Shishu Graha Orphanage for new born babies

Project 9 : Kuch Meetha Hojaye – Celebrated Diwali with children of Bal Mandir, an

orphanage

Project 10 : Taare Zameen Par – Children drawing competition at APMC School

Upcoming Project:

• Shortly applying for the class rooms FTE project.

• Plans to have a bench donation project.

Fund Raising:

• Rs. 25000/- has been raised for the projects done for various projects such as

Independence Day, Books Distribution, Donation of Water Purifier.


• Rs. 92000/- has been raised for the compound wall to be built at APMC School.

• During RTI Week funds to the tune of 50000/- was raised.

Supply House/Greeting Cards:

• Supply House/GC items worth 12500/- purchased in this period.

Little Genius Club:

• Celebrated National Fellowship Day and Twinklers Week, with a fully fledged

Fellowship for our Twinklers theme “Twinklers Nite Out”. Details of the same have been

covered in Fellowships.

Extension:

• Inducted 4 new tabler’s at their AGM last tenure.

• Have 3 prospects, after which their strength will be 22 tablers.

Publicity:

• FTE classroom inauguration at Rajiv Gandhi School appeared in Kannada Daily news

paper.

• Compound Wall Bhoomi Pooja at APMC School in the presence of Mayor HDMC Shri

Pandurang Patil and our Area Chairman Tr. Prakash Kapadia, photo and article

appeared in Kannada daily.

• RTI Week Publicity, The World Diabetes Day which was carried out with a rally along

with major Doctors of Hubli-Dharwad in association with Betacon Hospital, was

published in Kannada and English Daily.


• Free Diabetes and Obesity Health Checkup Camp was also published in Kannada

Daily.

HRD:

• Proud To Be A Tabler (PTBAT) training program was successfully conducted at

Cotton County Club, trainer being our past Area Chairman/AHT Sq. Leg Abdul

Sadiq supported by HT Bryan with Guest Speaker as our Past National President Sq.

Leg. Ajay Handa. Tablers attended in good strength.


i) Kolhapur Round Table 154:

Tr.Ravi Dolli

Had 3 business meets and one fellowship till date.

Fellowship:

• One fellowship with family at Residency Club, Kolhapur.

Projects:

• Donated Rs 75000/- to build one classroom to Dyandeep Vidyalaya School.

• Donated Clothes to Maharoji Seva Andavan, Varora.

Fund raising and Publicity:

• Raised Rs 85000.00 through a event organized called “Talent Hunt”

Supply House & Greeting Card:

• Purchased T-shirts worth Rs 5000.

Extension:

• To induct 5 new prospect in their next meeting

• Plan to extend one more table.


HRD:

• Sought PTBAT for their table.

Publicity:

• Good publicity created during Talent Hunt in association with local sponsorer.

Go green projects:

• Planted 25 trees Gokul Shirgaon Farms.


j) Hubli Knights Round Table 178:

• 4 Table fellowships completed.

• The first fellowship of the table is scheduled on 25th of August 2012.

Tr.Anand Vikamshi earned the fellowship cap.

• World 78 meet at Goa on Feb 8th, 9th and 10th 2013

• Diwali - The celebration of Togetherness : Fellowship was hosted by Tr. Vikrant Saigal


• Ten Tana Ten - Inter Table Cricket Tournament for Tables of

previous day they hosted a fellowship for a

“Cricket Fever”.

• Attended by more than 100 tablers from Area X

• 8 teams participating

• Sponsorship raised through Knights

• Won by HCRT 142

• Distribution of Sarees to the Teachers of Gyan Ganga

• Distribution of Scouts Uniform and Dictionary to Class VII at Gopankopaa School

• Donation of 2 Computers to the Gopankopaa School


Fund Raising:

• Rs. 11,000.00 was donated by Sagun Copper Conductors Pvt. Ltd for the project

undertaken at Mahaveer Limb Centre.

• Rs 85000.00 were raised through sponsorship from Ten Tana Ten cricket event.

& PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

• A half day PTBAT programme for the tablers of HKRT 178

• Past Area Chairman Sq.Lg Dr.Narayan Hebsur , who shared his journey of tabling

International Relation:


HKRT will be hosting the first World 78 meet in Goa in February 2013.

Tables from Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, South Africa and Great

Britain has shown interest in participating in the event.

Supply House & Greeting Cards:

• Supply House material worth Rs. 31090=00 was purchased this quarter.

• And 2606 Greeting Cards was sold till date.

Extension:

External Extension: HKRT 178 along with BVRT 152 will be extending a table in Hospet in

Feb’13.

Internal Extension: 1 Tabler Inducted – Tr. Santosh Tatuskar last month.

Future plans:

• Fellowship: Area level Kite Festival is planned in January 13th,2013 followed by

fellowship.

• Projects: Contribution towards Maintenance of Veterinary Ambulance.

• TZP scheduled on Dec 8th with a participation 1500 students.

Other:

Registered for Movember in support of Prostate Cancer.


k) Belgaum Royals Round Table 205:

Tr.Anand Heda

Fellowships:

Had 2 fellowship for the quarter.

• The first fellowship was hosted by Tr.Anand Desai and Tr.Harsha Rao at OMG Lounge

bar at Hubli.


• Jointly hosted a fellowship with BRT119 for the NBS Student at a Tabler’s House.


• Also had a joint fellowship with DRT60, where the fellowship torch was handed over to

BRRT205.

Projects:

Completed 12 projects during RTI Week.



• Successfully completed TZP .

Fund Raising:

• Tr.Parag Saraiya and Tr.Aayush Dalmia donated Rs 20000.00 towards Charity account.


Supply House:

• Supply house purchase of Rs 6450.00 was reported.

Greeting Cards:

� Purchased GC 55OO nos, worth Rs 38375/- in the first quarter.

� BRRT 205 was ranked as the 1st National for sales in GC for the first qtr. The chairman

praised the convenor Tr.Mandar for his efforts in sales of GC.

Extension:

• External Extension: Contact Meeting held on 4th of August with Prospects for new

Table. Area Convenor for Extension in Belgaum, Tr. Sushim Gotaki in contact with the

Prospects.

Internal Extension:

• Tr. Ayush Dalmia and Tr.Parag were inducted at a joint meeting with DRT60 at

Dharwad, in presence of AC Tr.Prakash K.

Publicity:

HRD:

• Planning to have LAPD in the month of December.

Others:

• Tr Santosh Sarode was declared as the best secretary by RTI for the 1st qtr Area X.

• Got themselves registered as a Charitable Society, the first in Area X to do so.

l)My Youth Round Table Madagaon:

Tr.Rohit Chamaria was absent and nothing much to report.


Board Members Reports:

a) Area Vice Chairman Report:

Tr.Girish Mane

• Thanked the host KRT154 for having very good arrangement for the meet and was

excited about the fellowship to follow.

• Wished MYRT128 for the very best in tabling.

• Wished the board members and AC for doing excellent works and a special thanks to

Tr.Venky RTI Week Convenor for achieving the target of 80 projects.

b) Area X Secretary/Treasurer:

Tr.Deepak Raibagi

• Announced that all the tables have cleared C & D forms.

• Presented the MOMO tracker, and requested all the table chairman’s to ask their

secretaries to update minutes on time.

Sergeant Action:

Tr.Anand Heda cracked few jokes and entertained the floor; a total of Rs 4600.00 was

collected.


c) Immediate Past Chairman/IRO: Tr.Vijesh Saigal was absent.

d) Area Chairman Address: Tr.Prakash Kapadia

• Thanked HT Abdul Sadiq and all the board members for being part of the AEX and

special thanks to Team KRT for putting a excellent show.

• The chairman pinned the prestigious “Super Star ” pin to:

• The chairman and AVC appointed Tr.Nikhil Dubeer as the Area X Captain for “Jaffa”

championship happening in Chennai 2013. And all the best to get back the cup to

Area X.

• Announced that the MTM will be hosted by BVRT152 in the month of Feb2013,followed

by 3rd AEX.

• 4th AEX to be out of Area Destination, which will discussed in later.

• Requested all the tablers to take up RTI National executive posts.


e) Any Other Matters:

• Chairman HRT37 Tr.Girish Mane invited all the tablers to attend the 37th charter night

and 900th meet on 8th Dec’12. NVP Tr.Harish Shenoy will be the chief Guest.

• National Convenor for TZP Tr.Sachin thanked all the chairman’s for putting a excellent

show.

• Chairman 205 Tr.Anand Heda showed interest in hosting the 4th AEX at Lavassa.

• Tr.Mahendra Yadav proposed Tr.Prashant Hebsur’s nomination for National Project

Convenor post.

f) Vote of Thanks:

AST Tr.Deepak Raibagi thanked the HT Abdul Sadiq and National TZP convenor Tr.Sachin
