Indivara Group and Nihon Unisys Group, one of the largest technology consulting and services corporate group in Japan through one of its subsidiary, Canal Globe have signed a strategic partnership to jointly pursue opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Nihon Unisys Group is a group of technology company specialized in delivering integrated ICT solutions. Nihon Unisys, Ltd. established Canal Globe, Ltd. for fully conducting overseas business. Canal Globe will allow the Nihon Unisys Group to strengthen its strategic

partnerships outside of Japan and to fully conduct overseas business through the usage of the know-how of the Nihon Unisys Group and through working with domestic and international customers.

ISeMa is the holding company of Indivara group consulting businesses JATIS. One of the biggest and respected ICT consulting companies from Indonesia which have proven track record in implementing complex, large scale software projects throughout Southeast Asia. Jusuf Sjariffudin President & CEO of Indivara Group said,

“This partnership brings our local expertise, operating in 4 Southeast Asian countries, with Nihon Unisys Group capability in handling large scale and complex ICT projects. JATIS has recently acquired a 51% stake in Solutions Exchange, a testament to its confidence in the company’s track record and growth in the Philippines.

This new alliance promises exciting developments for both companies, with Solutions Exchange providing its expertise in online banking solutions and JATIS imparting its knowledge in E- Commerce, Payment Solutions and Wealth Management System. As a result of the acquisition JATIS’ President and Group CEO, Jusuf Sjariffudin now sits as Chairman of the Board of Solutions Exchange. Medy Camerino shall continue to provide her leadership as President and CEO.

Antonius Kho joined Jatis in early 2017, bringing more than 20 years of technology industry leadership, ICT expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the company.

Antonius Kho incharge for the strategy as well as operational improvement of Jatis.,People Development, Organization Renovation are some of key elements of his focus. He is also responsible for looking at new opportunity to expand Jatis market by means of new products,services as well as penetrating to new industries. His pivotal strategy will be preserving the Corewhile stimulating Progress change, improvement and renewal. As he believes that Jatis has had a great Core Values, Core Purpose, Methodologies and tools, this goodness has to be preserved as the foundation and put into practice in discipline. He holds a strong believe in “The Man Behind the Gun”, that is only with the right people and the right skill then the tools will come in handy, usefull and effective, thus People become one of the element of his focus.

Antonius Kho graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne in 1996, he was awarded a scholarship by AIDAB (Australian Government Scholarship), earning his master degree incomputer science with specialty in Artificial Intelligent System with the thesis of “Representing Legal Knowledge Graphically”. He had his bachelor degree from STMIK Bina Nusantara, Jakarta in 1994 where he awarded scholarship by the college for the outstanding academic achievement. Anton

was the fastest and best graduate students in Computer Engineering faculty and his thesis called “Prototype of Robotic Arm Sensing” was selected to represent his campus in the 8 th National Computer Conference in Jakarta.

Previously, Anton served as Chief Information Officer for Bluebird, Tbk where his focus on transforming and improving IT organization, redesigning application those are related to enhancing customer experience and ensuring IT implementable of business process reengineering (BPR) initiative.

Anton has tremendous career track as an IT executive and this includes the experiences and contribution to some industry-leading companies of his previous assignments like Tiki JNE, Sanghiang Perkasa, Ernst & Young and Andersen Business Consulting. He loves nature and nature’s activities, where he spent his time as a refreshment as well as “learning activities” he learned some basic principles from this activites to what he told me, From the Peak to the Depth is what he call his activities, ie. Mountain hiking to Scuba Diving. He is serious even on his hobby, he is a certified Dive master and have been exploring almost all diving spot in Indonesia.

With those skills and experiences, we just need to ask him why he choose Jatis as his next company while there are plenty of offers for him out there. And here is Anton’s answer thatcould really make us more confidence with this company.
