1.INTRODUCTION:-

The 3 in one clean room indicator is microcontroller based Transmitter and control instrument

for indicating process parameters like Humidity, Temperature & Differential Pressure. The

family includes besides the microcontroller based products as following :

This instrument has been designed mainly to monitor very important process

parameters using integrated sensors for humidity, temperature & differential pressure.

Our instrument measuring ranges from 0 to 100% R.H. & 0 to 50 Deg. C customizable as

per customer & application requirements, where it is having 3 independent 4-20mA Outputs

one each for all 3 parameters of humidity, temperature, differential pressure.

The front panel operation has been specially designed for user friendly operations.

There are commands for directing mode settings, alarm settings and output settings.

The documentation presented here describes the front panel operation in detail. The

user is requested to go through this manual and simultaneously give commands on the panel of

the indicator. After initial difficulties the user will find that the front panel operations are quite

simple and easy.

The front panel of the instruments consists of:

a) DISPLAY WINDOW :

I. DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE WINDOW: It consists of 4 displays which indicate the

differential pressure value.

II. HUMIDITY WINDOW:It consists of 3 displays which indicate the humidity value.

III. TEMPERATURE WINDOW:It consists of 3 displays which indicate the temperature value.

b) L.E.DS:

This includes 2nos ON status of alarm 1 & alarm 2,indicates by L.E.Ds. steady indication

for low mode &and blinking indication for high mode.
