Description of Survey for Dave & Tim Roberts
Being a part of the tract of land transferred to Thomas Earl and David Lee Roberts as recorded in Deed Book 184 at Page 301,
Hocking County Recorder's Office, said tract being a part of Lot 183 of the F. Case Addition to the City of Logan as recorded in
Plat Book 1 at page 27, Hocking County Recorder's Office, in
Section 11, Tl4N, Rl7W, Falls Township, Hocking County,·State
of Ohio, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning· at a mine spike set at the northeast corner of Lot 183 of the F. Case Addition to the City of Logan, Section 11, rr14N, Rl 7W;
Thence with the east line of Lot 183, South,156.04 feet to a
point)on the north right of way line of Hunter Street, said point
being the southeast corner of Lot 183 and being referenced by a
bolt found which bears North 13° 31' 16" West a distance of 0.52 feet;
Thence with the south line of Lot 183 and the north right of
way line of Hunter Street, West a distance of 43.34 feet to a
5/8" iron pin with I.D. cap set;
Thence leaving the south line of Lot 183, North a distance of 77.82 feet to a 5/8" iron pin with I.D. cap set;
Thence North 76° 34' 21" East a distance of 3.30 feet to a 5/8" iron pin with I.D. cap set;
Thence North 1° 57' 48" West a distance of 77.50 feet to a 5/8" iron pin .i-J:ith I.D. cap set on the north line of Lot 183;
Thence with the north line of Lot 183, East, a distance of
42.79 feet to the place of beginning, contain~ng 6616.12 square
feet, more or less. The bearings used in the above described tract assumed that
the east line of Lot 183 ran North- South, and are for the deter
mination of angles. The above description was prepared from a survey made by

Being the tract of land in the name of Edith Heine as recorded in Deed Book 83 at page 274 and Deed Book 184 at page 401, Hocking Count1 Recorder's Office, said tract being situated in Fractional Lots 4 and 5 in Section 11, Tl4N, R17W, Falls Township, City of Logan, State of Ohio, and more particularly described as follows:·
Beginning at an "X" cut in the step common to the Edith Heine ·+R.Ac-f'" and the Richard Brandt tract on the south line of Fractional Lot 5 from which the southeast corner of said Fractional Lot 5' bears North 89° 41' 12" East a distance of 278.34 feet;
