SOWETO SLUMS
REQUIRED FUNDS
It costs $100 per child for one year of schooling. This includes a uniform, an education, and one meal a day (during school).
We would like to sponsor 50 children. Therefore, we have to raise $5,000. To reach this goal we would like everyone in the school to donate, in some way, $5.
COMMUNITY HELP We would like to have schools, churches, or
businesses sponsor one child a year for $100. That’s $8.33 a month.
Twice a year the sponsors will get an email containing the following information: An update on the school’s progress A personal letter from one of the class’ 7 students. Updated photos of the school and students.
