The bomb was called Little Boy and was built based on uranium. This was during the final days of WWII and devastated Japanese infrastructure and economy. Cold War

The Cold War was a period of conflicts and tension between the two superpowers, US and the Soviet Union (and their respective allies), and started in 1947. The Cold War included the space race, espionage, technological, military, and industrial development, and proxy wars. The two countries wanted to avoid direct military combat, as to avoid escalating into an all-out nuclear war. There was no direct combat, but there was a lot of military build-up and political battles for support from other countries.

Einstein

Einstein was a German freelance scientist. He was born in Ulm, Germany in a Jewish family. His father, Hermann, was a salesman and an engineer and his mother was named Pauline. He had early speech difficulties, but he was constantly the top of his school. His native language was German, and he learned Italian and English later on. Einstein is most famous for his theory of relativity, although he had many other famous discoveries.
