2ndLt Register is an outstanding young Marine Officer who is a natural leader andclearly demonstrated this in becoming an excellent exercise detachment Executive Officerduring the Korean Military Exchange Program (KMEP), and continuing missionaccomplishment as the Assistant Logistics Officer. 2ndLt Register is a trusted andcompletely dependable Officer who has the confidence of his superior Officers andsubordinate Marines in every task and mission he engages in. He is actively engaged infurthering his PME, and has made important contributions as the battalion's SuicideAwareness program, regularly teaching scheduled briefs and classes for the subject. This Marine has a bright future in the Marine Corps and makes the Marines and Sailorsaround him better service members. I highly recommend 2ndLt Register for retention, career designation, future promotion, and billets of increasing responsibility.

Lt Register's ability to lead Marines, execute with commander's intent, and handle theresponsibilities of being in charge are impressive. MRO had an outstanding performanceleading the RBE element to complete training and provide external support--an admirableaccomplishment given the challenges of not having senior leadership present.Additionally, MRO demonstrated his value at KMEP as he fulfilled the Operations Officerduties providing maintenance/communications support to the BLT. MRO is performing aheadof his peers, is a must for career designation and promotion at first opportunity.
