ACTION: Notice of Privacy Act systems ofrecords.

SUMMARY: The Foreign ClaimsSettlement Commission of the UnitedStates herewith publishes an updatedNotice of its Privacy Act Systems ofRecords. Publication of such notice isrequired under subsection (e)(4) of thePrivacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(4).This update is necessary in order toreflect changes in the location of someof the Commission’s records systems,and the deletion of seven systems(Justice/FCSC–2, ‘‘Bulgaria, ClaimsAgainst (1st Program),’’ Justice/FCSC–10, ‘‘Czechoslovakia, Claims Against,’’Justice/FCSC–16, ‘‘Hungary, ClaimsAgainst (1st Program),’’ Justice/FCSC–18, ‘‘Italy, Claims Against (1stProgram),’’ Justice/FCSC–21, ‘‘Panama,Claims Against,’’ Justice/FCSC–26,‘‘Rumania, Claims Against (1stProgram),’’ and Justice/FCSC–29,‘‘Yugoslavia, Claims Against (1stProgram)’’), due to the release of therecords in those systems to the NationalArchives for permanent retention.
