    Lesson Summary

    This lesson is designed to focus on writing skill with the integration of reading skill. In the beginning of thelesson, teacher will jumble up all the alphabets on the white board and students will have to arrange itcorrectly. In the next step, teacher will show few pictures from the 2 previous lessons. Teacher will recallback it together with the students. Then teacher tells the student that they will have to create a story basedon the picture cards. A piece of paper will also be given to the students for them to write the essay. Aftercompleting the essay, students will have to decorate the cover of the mini book. As for the closure,teacher recaps the lesson by asking what they have learnt. Teacher tells the pupils what is the moral

    value of the lesson.

    Set Induction(5 minutes)

    1. Teacher writes 12 alphabets on the whiteboard.2. Teacher gets the students to think what the correct

    sequence of the alphabets is.3. Teacher calls out the names randomly until they got

    the sequence correct.4. Teacher tells the students that they going to write an

    essay about the topic written on the whiteboard.

    Pre writing

    (15 minutes)

    PART 1

    1. Teacher will pastes some picture cards on thewhiteboard. (The pictures are all from the previouslesson)

    2. Teacher recalls back the name of the pictures thatthey have learnt.

    PART 21. Teacher tells the students that they will create a story

    based on the picture cards.2. Teacher will give them an example of sentence on

    how to start the essay.3. Teacher writes the sentence on the board.

    (25 minutes)1. Teacher gives a piece of paper to each student.2. Students are instructed to fold the paper into 2.3. Then, teacher instructs the students to continue the

    story by writing the essay in the inner part of thepaper.

    4. Teacher tells the students that they have to use atleast 6 names of pictures and use them in the essay.

    5. Teacher also informs the students that they have towrite atleast 10 sentences to form a paragraph.

    6. Teacher will facilitate and help students who needhelp.

    1. Teacher informs the students that they are actuallyproducing a mini book for their best friend.
