Any concerns you may have regarding your nails, from selecting the perfect nail polish for a special occasion to relieving the pain of an ingrown nail, we will help make your hands and feet look great. All of our tools (nail clippers, cuticle pushers, and nippers) are not only sanitized but also sterilized in an autoclave machine. This is the same sterilization method used in dental offices. All other implements such as hand and foot files and buffers are discarded at the end of your service. A recent study at SUNY Binghamton University study performed by Dr. Kenneth McLeod, Professor of Bioengineering, showed conclusively that people using a Infrared Sauna three times a week can eliminate an average of 4% body fat over a four month period. For a 175 lb man, that represents a reduction of seven pounds of unneeded weight. Control groups that did not use the Infrared Sauna in the study showed no weight loss. Facilities All guests with service appointment(s) may use the locker room with private lockers, showers, steam showers and have access to the rest area stocked with complimentary refreshments such as fresh lemon water, lemonade, hot or cold herbal teas, iced or hot coffee and cappuccino. After extensive research and much consideration to the health and wellness of each of our guests, TheSpa Santé made the decision to not install a Jacuzzi as we cannot 100% guarantee it will be disease and infectious free. As a general practice, we recommend guests who desire Jacuzzi treatment to only use Jacuzzis that are not opened to the public as many infectious diseases such as legionnaire’s disease have been contracted by the warm temperature from Jacuzzi baths. Use of spa facilities without service appointment is available for a $35 fee.

Health Matters Please inform your technician of any health conditions when you book or start your appointment. This includes: high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, medications, physical ailments, disabilities, under medical care and if you are pregnant.

Dress Clean robes and clean slippers (may bring your own) will be provided to all guests for spa services. Our professional Massage Technicians are trained to drape properly to never expose your body; therefore we suggest you remove all undergarments. However you may opt to wear undergarments during your massage if that makes you more comfortable. We discourage you from bringing any valuables with you to the spa but if you must, you will need to lock them up in your assigned locker. Please Note: TheSpa Santé is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items you bring to the spa.

Noise We strive to keep our spa areas and common rooms relaxing and peaceful. If you are visiting with friends and family, please be cognition of other guests who are seeking quiet time and relaxation. If you are looking to coordinate a spa social event, you can book a private relaxation area for a fee. Please inquire at the Front Desk.

Age Restrictions Guests for spa massage treatments must be 18 years of age. Guests aged 13 through 17 are eligible to receive facials, nail care services and hair services but must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at least 21 years of age at all times. Please do not bring children to the spa if they do not have appointment(s). We strive to keep a relaxing environment for all our guests. Some guests are escaping from their own children by coming to the spa to relax and would not like to hear other children screaming, crying, running around etc.

Payment for Services We require a valid credit card to hold all Spa reservations. If you have a Gift Card, please present it prior to your services. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Traveler’s Check with proper ID, TheSpa Sante’ Gift Cards and SpaBoom Instant Certificates bought through our website.

Gift Cards/Instant SpaBoom Certificates from our Website TheSpa Santé Gift card and Instant SpaBoom Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen cards are not refundable, irreplaceable and deemed invalid. Gift cards and Instant SpaBoom Certificates are redeemable at the monetary value balance at the time of purchase. TheSpa Santé special packages will expire but the amount on the card will not expire. TheSpa Santé Gift cards and Instant SpaBoom certificates purchased online through other suppliers are likely to be stolen or invalid and will not be honored by TheSpa Santé.

Late Arrivals All treatments will end as scheduled to avoid delay for the next guest. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations At TheSpa Santé, we have reserved your appointment especially for you. If you need to cancel, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation to please give us 24 hours’ notice to avoid a charge for the time reserved. We need 24 hours to be able to rebook that blocked time for the technician. A credit card (VISA, MC, Discover, Amex) or valid GC number will be required to reserve all appointments. If you do not cancel a reservation within 24 hours’ notice, your credit card will be charged in full for the reserved appointment or your GC will be redeemed in full.

Photography, Cell Phones and other Electronics We at TheSpa Santé respect our clients’ privacy and do not permit photographs, selfies or videos within the spa area. As well, cell phones, cameras and laptops are not permitted in the spa area. If you need to use your cell phone or laptop while in the spa, please consult the Spa Manager on duty and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Promotions and Specials Our promotions and specials are unique and subject to rules and regulations. Promotions or specials are not valid in conjunction with any other offers and services on the menu and must be completed before promotion expires.
