However, uniquely as developers in our own right, we have an in-depth understanding of delivery of sales led residenal projects from all aspects of the project life from feasibility, design, delivery, sales and aﬅercare. One of our key strengths is our ethos and proven reputaon for long-term partnering and delivery within the housing and regeneraon sector and our balance sheet which is unmatched within the sector—£3.1bn Group annual turnover provides partners with the confidence of dealing with one of the most financially robust businesses in the sector. We have industry leading experience of both private and affordable housing, in addion, we are one of the Homes England’s primary private sector partners and are in frameworks with over 60 registered providers. We would be delighted to work the local community to deliver this excing scheme; our team will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure successful project delivery, strengthened by the financial and professional assurance of the wider Galliford Try Group. We recognise the importance of consulng with residents and other Stakeholders in order to engage directly with the people who are, or will be, at the heart of the scheme and developments we build. Each project is different, we know how to listen, consider and offer the best soluon. Long established frameworks and collaborave partnerships in the sector have given us a clear understanding of our partners’ aspiraons and targets.
