Mr. Patel stated that they became aware of the incident when their maintenance employee found a blanket and beer cans in the equipment room. Mr. Patel said that the person(s) was using beer packaging to urinate. Mr. Patel stated that the window is facing the side of the liquor and is left slightly open because of the heat from the swimming pool. Mr. Patel also stated that several homeless people are standing on the lot and will also come into the lobby. Mr. Patel did not have any suspect information. R53 D2 5500 Hwy 153 19-020402 3/3/2019 12:24:00AM 91Z Field Interview On 03/03/2019 at 00:24 hours, Officer Winkelman (75392) made a traffic stop at 5500 Hwy 153. Upon stopping the vehicle it had a temporary tag and was a dark green/blue VW Jetta. Police found the driver to be Christopher Waller and the passenger Blake Walpert. Both parties were ran through the system for warrants, but nothing was found. Upon talking with the driver, Mr. Waller, he stated that he had not registered the VW Jetta because he was having some emission issues to work through and he was working on getting the blinkers fixed, as only the emergency flashers worked. Mr. Waller was able to provide proof of insurance on the vehicle via his phone. Driver was let go with a verbal warning. No further police action taken. 1350 E 8th St 19-020472 3/3/2019 8:25:00AM 23H Other Theft/Scrap Metal On 03/03/2019 at 08:30 hours, Officer Jacob Retchko (66992) and Officer Matthew Noakes (706) responded to a Other Theft/Scrap Metal at 1350 E 8th St. The complainant reported that there was a Black Male stealing copper from their recycle bins. Security at EPB was able to observe this on their security cameras. Security was also able to observe the suspect steal one coil of copper valued roughly at 100-200 and left going south towards Central Avenue. A picture of the recording taken by EPB's security has been included. Upon arrival police searched the area but were unable to find the suspect matching the given description. 5500 Hwy 15319-020402 3/3/2019 12:24:00AM 91Z Field Interview

On 03/03/2019 at 00:24 hours, Officer Winkelman (75392) made a traffic stop at 5500 Hwy 153. Upon stopping the vehicle it had a temporary tag and was a dark green/blue VW Jetta. Police found the driver to be Christopher Waller and the passenger Blake Walpert. Both parties were ran through the system for warrants, but nothing was found. Upon talking with the driver, Mr. Waller, he stated that he had not registered the VW Jetta because he was having some emission issues to work through and he was working on getting the blinkers fixed, as only the emergency flashers worked. Mr. Waller was able to provide proof of insurance on the vehicle via his phone. Driver was let go with a verbal warning. No further police action taken.

1350 E 8th St19-020472 3/3/2019 8:25:00AM 23H Other Theft/Scrap Metal

On 03/03/2019 at 08:30 hours, Officer Jacob Retchko (66992) and Officer Matthew Noakes (706) responded to a Other Theft/Scrap Metal at 1350 E 8th St. The complainant reported that there was a Black Male stealing copper from their recycle bins. Security at EPB was able to observe this on their security cameras. Security was also able to observe the suspect steal one coil of copper valued roughly at 100-200 and left going south towards Central Avenue. A picture of the recording taken by EPB's security has been included. Upon arrival police searched the area but were unable to find the suspect matching the given description. No further action was taken.

2304 Shallowford Village Dr19-020481 3/3/2019 9:30:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information

On 03/03/2019 at 09:41 hours, Officer Moser (60250) reported a disorder at the Exxon gas station located at 2304 Shallowford Village Dr. I spoke to the complainant, Michael Lane who stated he came into the business to buy some snacks and he put a bag of cheetos ($1.89) and a bag of sunflower seeds ($2.29) on the counter to purchase. Mr. Lane stated that sunflower seeds rang up a different price and he put his credit /debit card into the machine and was going to run as a debit card when he told the clerk that the price was wrong and he no longer wanted the sunflower seeds. Mr. Lane stated the clerk ran the card as a credit card but Mr. Lane wanted it as a debit purchase and the card was charged $4.51 as credit. Mr. Lane stated that he did not want the items anymore and wanted to get a refund but the clerk would not refund the purchase so Mr. Lane called for Police.

Police spoke to the manager on the phone and were able to get the clerk, Mr. Patel to refund the purchase correctly to Mr. Lane's card for $4.51 without incident.

No further at this time.

On 03/03/2019 at 15:03 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) reported a memo at 6860 Lee Hwy. Upon arrival at Hamilton Inn officers spoke with the occupant of rm 330. Subject stated she and former boyfriend (Douglas Shepard) had a verbal disagreement and she was wanting to gather her belongings and leave for the evening. Subject stated both were on the hotel lease and she would attempt to have that changed at a later date. All subjects were cooperative and the (Megan) subject left with her aunt without further incident. There was a non extradition warrant for Megan out of Ga.

On 03/03/2019 at 17:14 hours, Officer Luke Simon 971 responded to a verbal disorder at 110 River St. Upon arrival officers made contact with the owner of Sushi Nabe's, Taizo Watanabe. Mr Watanabe stated a man wearing camo and sporting a green backpack and dark hat was inside this location causing a disorder. Mr Taizo stated he wanted to make us aware in case this incident occurred again. Officers were unable to make contact with the individual who was causing the disorder at this time.

On 03/03/2019 at 17:20 hours, Officer D. Bryant (79858) reported a memo at 1206 Poplar St. Police was called to 1002 E 8th St about a suspicious person. Upon arrival police met with Rita McClure who is suffering from memory loss and could not find her way home. Police ran her in NCIC and discovered she resides at 1206 Poplar St, Apt G. Mcclure was transported to her address. The property manager and Mcclure's brother was notified about her situation. Police waited until her brother arrived to taker her in her appartment. No injuries where reported during this incident.

On 03/03/2019 at 18:55 hours, Officer Luke Simon 971 responded to a disorder at 535 Cherokee Blvd. Upon arrival officers were informed of a man and woman arguing. The reporting party who wished to remain anonymous stated he saw the male grab the female and shake her. The reporting party stated when they saw him he let her go and walked inside Mike's Hole in The Wall. Once on scene officers could not locate the parties. Officers were also unable to locate any further witnesses.

On 03/03/2019 at 20:20 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) and PO Michael Estock (82259) reported a memo at 1960 Paris Metz Rd. Upon arrival we were met by Mrs. Judith Denick. She stated of 03/01/2019 at approximately 1415 hours having two white male subjects recorded on security camera wearing black slacks, white button ups, black ties, and backpacks knocking on her front door. She stated that and we observed on tape that the subjects began to shift the welcome mat off the ground in attempt to revealunderneath the mat. Both subjects were both redheaded and in their 30s. Mrs. Denick stated she has no knowledge as to who these individuals were and it bothered her as they appeared to be looking for a key by moving the welcome mat. Subject requestedthe incident be documented in case of further incidents.

5751 Brainerd Rd19-020656 3/3/2019 8:18:00PM 91Z Field Interview

On 03/03/2019 at 20:20 hours, Officer Harrison #844 and Officer Slater #994 responded to an Intoxicated Person call at 5751 Brainerd Rd @ Buds Sports Bar. Upon arrival, police met with a party who stated that on their towards walking to their vehicle from the bar that they noticed a man passed out unconscious in a pickup truck with his foot on the gas peddle. By the time police arrived, the unconscious man, James Carruth, was awake speaking with EMS. Mr. Carruth stated that he had some beers earlier but didn't know an exact number. It was apparent that Mr. Carruth was intoxicated due to the fact he was found unresponsive in hisvehicle, his words were slurring, and he had lapses in memory. Police allowed Mr. Carruth to call a friend to pick him up while he waited inside the bar. His keys were handed to the manager was told to only give to Mr. Carruth's friend when he arrived. Nothing Further.

4110 Shallowford Rd19-020659 3/3/2019 8:40:00PM 91Z Field Interview

On 03/03/2019 at 20:42 hours, Officer Harrison #844 and Officer Slater #944 reported a Disorder call at 4110 Shallowford Rd. Police arrived and was met by the cashier of the gas station, Crystal Clay and the other party, Alex Hayes . Ms. Clay told police thaa man was getting irate because he accused her of shorting Mr. Hayes $80 given to him. She told police that Mr. Hayes paid for gas with a $20 and left then returned saying that he was shorted. Mr. Hayes would not leave until he got back the alleged $80 that was shorted from him. Police told Mr. Hayes to leave and that the cashier will count her drawer at closing to see if there is extra $ at closeout and she will give Mr. Hayes a call if so. Nothing Further.

On 03/03/2019 at 20:40 hours, Officer Hauge (79528) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 7300 Lee Hwy. I spoke with Ms. Cartwright who stated she had pulled over to help a lady walking down the side of the road. She stated the female told her she needed a ride home and Ms. Cartwright told her she could help while driving the party to her home she stated the female party reached into her purse and took her wallet without her knowing. Ms. Cartwright stated she had around $400 in her wallet when it was taken. She stated she did not know the female party but stated she was a heavy set black female with jeans and short hair.

On 03/03/2019 at 21:52 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) reported a memo at 8701 E Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival officers located a male subject near a gold sedan . The vehicle appeared to be abandoned and the subject stated he was from Dalton and had been dropped off this morning to job hunt and could not reach anyone to come get him. Subject stated he sat near the vehicle to avoid the cold draft. Subject was valid and negitive re; warrants. It was suggested the subject relocate to an area service station in an attempt to charge his phone and contact a ride.

On 03/03/2019 at 22:20 hours, Officer Brumbaugh (66622) reported a memo at 7305 Jarnigan Rd. Arlene Bosworth called police to report that she loaned her '99 white Chevy Lumina to her friend, Stefan Austin, on February 27th. Apparently Stefan was supposed to return the car or take over payments on it, but he is leading Bosworth to believe that it's stolen. Bosworth stated that she believes the vehicle will turn up in the next couple of days, so she will see if that happens, and call police back with the tag number if it is not returned.

On 03/04/2019 at 09:39 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) reported a memo at 7305 Jarnigan Rd. The complainant said that she needed to add the license plate# for her car to the report. This new info was taken by phone.

100 Highway 153 Sb19-020694 3/3/2019 10:34:00PM 91Z Field Interview

On 03/03/2019 at 22:34 hours, Officer Nathan Greene (68398) reported a field interview located at 100 Highway 153 Sb. After initiating a traffic stop on a silver Chevrolet Impala (occupied by Jumeka Brown) a red sedan pulled behind my patrol car and a black female identified as Kyshundra Wyatt exited and started purposely interrupting the traffic stop. I gave several commands for her to get inside of her vehicle so that I could begin my traffic stop investigation. Ms. Wyatt continued to walk towards me while arguing and yelling, therefore for the safety of myself and hers I detained her for the remainder of the traffic stop after which she was released and gave a verbal warning for disorderly conduct and interfering with a police investigation. Nothing further to report at this time.

On 03/04/2019 at 00:44 hours, Officer Winkelman (75392) responded to suspicious activity at 557 Cranberry Way. Upon arrival police spoke with the reporting party at the beginning of Cranberry Way where it Meets Delashmitt Rd. The reporting party was found to be Michael Haney. Mr. Haney stated he sometimes hears his neighbors that live 2 apartments over talking about him and he also sees them outside sometimes and thinks they are talking about him. Mr. Haney stated they never talk directly to him or have any type of communication with him. I stated to Mr. Haney I could go talk with the parties but he stated they were already inside and the lights were out. No contact with the other parties. Mr. Haney was going to stay with his parents for the night that lived in East Brainerd. No further police action taken.

On 03/04/2019 at 01:35 hours, Officer Z. Tate (79893) reported a memo at 1212 E 34th St. I arrived on scene and spoke to Donnie Mack. Ms. Mack stated she heard someone kicking her back door. I searched the area but found no signs of anyone being at the back of her house. Officers have responded multiple times to this address for similar reasons only to find nothing there. No further.

1933 Hamill Rd19-020724 3/4/2019 2:43:00AM 91Z Field Interview

On 03/04/2019 at 02:43 hours, Officer Winkelman (75392) responded to 1933 Hamill Rd. on a suspicious party in the bathroom at the Mapco for close to an hour. Upon arrival police knocked on the bathroom door and the party came out a minute later. That party was found to be Scott Dunn. Mr. Dunn stated he was homeless and he was trying to stay warm. Upon talking with Mr. Dunn outside my patrol car, a Tennessee State Trooper drove up and stated he had to make Mr. Dunn leave the IHOP around an hour earlier before this call. Police transported Mr. Dunn to the Community Kitchen at 727 East 11th Street downtown for a place to stay for the night. Mr. Dunn was cooperative with police and did not cause any problems. No further police action taken.

4100 N Terrace19-020740 3/4/2019 6:29:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information

On 03/04/2019 at 06:40 hours, Officer K. Allen (79855) reported a memo for an abandoned vehicle at 4100 N Terrace. Police arrived on scene and observed a gray Chevy Impala ) in the right hand lane of the roadway. Police investigated the vehicle and found that there were no keys in the ignition, anywhere inside or the surrounding area. All doors were securely locked as well. Police ran the tag which came back negative stolen to a Mr. Darnard Holland who lives at , Chattanooga, TN 37407. The vehicle was towed by NC Towing who transported the car to 108 Cedar Ln, Chattanooga, TN 37421. No further police action was taken.

5814 Brainerd Rd19-020749 3/4/2019 7:00:00AM 91Z Field Interview

On 03/04/2019 at 07:45 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) reported a memo at 5814 Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival, police spoke with Ashley Morrison. Ashley stated that her vehicle had broken down and she left it on Gunbarrel Rd. Ashley seemed a little confused, but she answered all of police questions correctly. Police called Ashley a taxi cab, and she stated that she was going to get a ride to her friends house. No further.

On 03/04/2019 at 07:22 hours, Officer Hamilton (66984) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 4827 Jersey Pike. Upon arrival, I spoke with victim Jessica Aishah. Ms. Ashah said that she started her vehicle to warm it up before work. She said that when she went outside to go to work she noticed the vehicle was gone. The vehicle is a 1999 Green Toyota Corolla, It was entered into NCIC under NIC#V930979315 at 0845 hrs. There is nothing further to report.

On 03/04/2019 at 08:10 hours, Officer B. Baker (79856) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 612 Van Dyke St. I spoke with the victim, Elizabeth Rock, who stated that $800.00 cash was taken from her vehicle between 2100 last night and 0700 this morning. Mrs. Rock believed that she had locked her door upon arriving home last night, but this morning at 0700 she realized that someone had made non forced entry into the vehicle and had taken her rent money. She said this is not the first time this sort of thing has happen at this address. Nothing further.

On 03/04/2019 at 09:15 hours, Officer Silveira (66499) reported a memo at 2706 Glass St. Upon arrival, Police spoke with Ms Boston (the complainant). Ms. Boston explained that she was very upset and having problems with her son and his girlfriend that were living in her residence listed above. During this interview Ms. Boston did not provide me with enough details about what was happening and got upset and asked for another Officer to respond to the scene. I tried to calm her down but she insisted to have another Officer to respond to the scene. I left the scene and contacted Sgt Bender about this incident. Nothing further.

On 03/04/2019 at 10:04 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) reported a memo at 5308 Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival, police spoke with owner James Manis. James stated that a party, Joshua Dollmont, was sitting in his laundry establishment and not paying for service. Joshua stated that he was cold and waiting for his sister to pick him up. James stated to police that he would like to have him trespassed and to vacate the property. Joshua left the scene after he was trespassed, he was negative for warrants.

4248 Lakeshore Ln19-020784 3/4/2019 10:22:00AM 91Z Damaged Property Accidental

On 03/04/2019 at 10:30 hours, Officers K. Otto (1077) / G. Alicea #338 responded to a report of Damaged Property at 4248 Lakeshore Ln. Upon arrival, police spoke with Preston Hartline. He told police that he woke up and noticed that his red Toyota, Tacoma pickup truck appeared to have white paint on the roof and on the driver side window and panel. His mother, Rachel Hartline, told police that also her vehicle, a black Lexus GX BA, had paint on the roof and on the driver side doors and windows. Mr. Preston showed video footage of the incident to police when the incident occurred. When police reviewed the video, camera showed the white substance hitting the vehicles yet no suspects in the area. While on scene workers with Hilton Construction wereworking on the residence's roof and told police that the same substance was noticed on the roof. Workers believed that the white substance was from a passing bird.

On 03/04/2019 at 12:49 hours, Officer Nathaniel Gurnsey made contact with Erin Rayburn, victim via phone call. Ms. Rayburn explained to Police that two fraudulent checks were cashed from her business account. Ms. Rayburn owns and runs Cloudland Stables in Rising Fawn GA. Ms. Rayburn believes that one of her business checks was taken and the information on it used to replicate business checks with her account information. She was notified by her bank that a check for $498.63 was written to and cashed by Barry Ellis at Publix, 8644 E Brainerd Rd. Later Mr. Ellis cashed a check for $298.86 at the Ooltewah Branch of South East Bank. Publix, per store policy, took a photocopy of Mr. Ellis's ID when he cashed the check. Photo graphic evidence from Publix and SouthEast Bank accompanies this report. Ms. Rayburn was also provided with this report number in the event any further fraudulent activity is detected. This report is being forwarded to the Chattanooga PD Fraud Unit.

Upon arrival, police met with Mr. Lorenzo Caldwell, who stated that he had found a purse lying on the ground at their apartment complex. Mr. Caldwell stated that he immediately called police to turn in the purse that belongs to Ms. Cypress Bell (name found by ID insideof purse). Mr. Caldwell stated that he was unaware of who the female party was that owned the purse, but would like it turned into property. The bag was turned into property. Mr. Jimmy Carter complied with police and a pat-down was performed. Mr. Carter gave consent to search his person and no weapon was found. Mr. Carter did show 10 possible warrants. Mr. Carter was detained until it was confirmed that no warrants confirmed. Mr. Carter was free to leave and left the store without incident.

I responded to an animal call. A neighbor called in about a dog in the back yard of 515 W Bell Ave. The neighbor notified dispatch they were worried about the dog in the cold weather. I arrived on scene and attempted to make contact with the homeowner. No one answered the door after several knocks. It appeared as if no one was home. The fence out back was too high for me to see over. I could not see the dog or anything back there. No further police action required.

On 03/04/2019 at 21:45 hours, Officer Springer (66500) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 8126 E Brainerd Rd (Mapco). Upon arrival police spoke with Kimberly Blansit. She stated someone stole her 2017 Honda Civic sometime between 5:00pm and 7:30pm at the Mapco where she works. She said she left the keys in the ignition. The vehicle was entered into NCIC V790971725. At 10:15pm a Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy pulled the car over. Inside the car was Kimberly Blansit and Mark Toney. Kimberly was driving. She was giving Mark a ride home. Kimberly stated she had let Mark get a cigarette out of the car earlier but did not realize he had driven off with it. She said after she told Mark he could get a cigarette from the car she got busy at work and then noticed her car was gone. She did not think Mark had taken the car. When asked why she did not call into dispatch when he cameback with the car she stated she forgot to. After finding out it was Mark that took the car she stated she did not wish to prosecute him for driving her vehicle. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC. Nothing further.

The vehicle came back stolen but was driven by the owner Kimberly Blansit who stated she forgot to call police when her vehicle was returned to her. A bb gun was located in the vehicle under a seat. Kimberly decided she no longer wanted Mark to ride in her vehicle. He was given a ride home and the bb gunwas turned into property for safekeeping. Nothing further.

Joseph Barr stated that two older black males were attempting to steal beers by placing them down their overalls. Mr. Barr stated that they confronted the men and were able to retrieve the beer they took. Mr. Barr stated that the employees did not wish to make a police report. Police were unable to locate the male parties. No further.

On 03/05/2019 at 05:56 hours, Officer Winkelman (75392) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2627 Hixson Pike. apt 260. Upon arrival police spoke with Mr. Hargiss and Ms. Willis, who stated Ms. Willis went out to warm up her 2002 Hyundai around 0540 hours, and when Mr. Hargess went to check on it around 0549 it was gone. Vehicle was entered into NCIC NIC# V700991770. The Hyundai is gold in color, has damage on the driver side, a purple planet fitness sticker on the back window, and a sticker on either side of the license plate. No suspect info at this time.

On 03/06/2019 at 08:32 hours, Officer B. Baker (79856) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2627 Hixson Pike. A Hamilton County unity located and recovered the vehicle this morning at 0745 on 2627 Hixson Pike. I ran the vehicle's tag and confirmed it had been removed from NCIC. Vehicle was towed by Les Wrecker. Nothing further.

On 03/05/2019 at 10:52 hours, I FTO Abbott # 190 and PO Douglas # 592 responded to an Other Larceny/Access Device at 702 E 11th St. Upon arrival Police spoke with David Sanderson (Victim), Mr. Sanderson stated that his SunTrust Bank debit card had been stolen yesterday morning, and that 400 worth of purchases had been made with it from his account. Mr. Sanderson stated that it had fallen out of his pocket, and was picked up by some unknown suspect. Mr. Sanderson was unable to give a name or description of the possible suspect. Mr. Sanderson stated that he had notified SunTrust Bank of the stolen card and it has since been canceled. Mr. Sanderson stated that he wanted to make an incident report so that he could turn it into the bank. No further at this time.

On 03/05/2019 at 11:00 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) responded to a Vandalism at 2300 Wilson Street. Upon arrival, police spoke with Regina Williams. Regina stated to police that last night she parked her Nissan Versa in the parking lot of her apartment complex. On this day, Regina stated that she noticed front end damage to her vehicle. Police were able to view the damage and it appears that another vehicle may have struck hers, or it was vandalized. Either way, there is clear evidence of property damage to the front end of the Nissan Versa. At this time, there is no further case nor suspect info to process.

On 03/05/2019 at 11:24 hours I, Officer King (78347), responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 1740 E 23rd St. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant/victim, Mr, Timothy Henderson. Mr. Henderson stated that his vehicle had broken down last night and heleft it parked at the O Reilly Auto Parts store on E 23rd St over night until he could come back in the morning and work on the vehicle. When Mr. Henderson arrived at the store this morning to work on the vehicle he observed that the vehicle had been vandalized and items had been taken from the vehicle. The unknown suspects stole the jack that the vehicle was sitting on, a bag of golf clubs and the battery out of his vehicle. There are no cameras on the building that would have caught any footage of the incident so there is no suspect information at the time of this report. No further Police action was taken.

The manager stated a party, Kamari Mccray, was refusing to leave and wanting his money back. The suspect left the scene in a silver Cadillac CTS before police arrived. The manager stated he would call back if the suspect showed up again. No further action was taken.

He says that on Friday evening on 28 Dec. 2018, his 2013 Ford F150 would not start. He says he had it towed to Mountain View Ford Lincoln. He says that when the vehicle was towed, he inspected it and found no damage from the vehicle being towed on a rollback. He says that the following Monday, he got his truck back and the after market grill was bent. He says that he has tried to talk to "Troy" at Mountain View and Troy never returns his call. Mr. Tuton is wanting a report for his insurance company,. He says that his deductible is $1,000 and the grill cost less than his deductible, but, he wants Mountain View to pay for it Mt. Tuton is clear that this is a miscellaneous report due to the two month delay in making the report.

Upon returning to the lot to retrieve his vehicle he noticed damage to the rear passenger quarter panel and to the front driver side turn signal. He did not see what caused the damaged but believes that the vehicles parked near him made contact with his vehicle upon exiting the parking lot. Nothing further at this time.

Mr. Shipley stated a male party followed him home and was cursing at him and trying to get in his car. As I spoke with Mr. Shipley he continued to change his story first saying that the party was already in the car when he got home, He also stated that the party was inside his house but then again stated the party left in a car but when asked how the party arrived at his home, He stated the following again. Mr. Shipley couldn't provide any information as to who the party was but just that it involved a girl he was seeing. Due to Mr. Shipley's lack of information it is unknown what happened prior to police arrival.

I was not flagged down, no one was in any of the vehicles in the parking lot, and no contact was made with complainant.

On 03/05/2019 at 21:00 hours, I Officer Pope (924) along with FTO Robertson (62212) responded to 1400 Sinclair Ave to locate a stolen vehicle at the request of the Bradley County Sheriff's Office. Upon arrival we located a stolen Nissan Xterra, . The vehicle was stolen outside Bradley County. We then asked dispatch to verify the status of the vehicle with NCIC. The vehicle was verified to be stolen, and dispatcher Holland verified on CAD that the vehicle was cleared from NCIC and that Bradley County Sheriff's Office was notified. The owner of the vehicle, Charles Atkins was notified, and he asked that the vehicle be towed. The vehicle was towed with A-1 Towing. I have nothing further at this time.

On 03/05/2019 at 21:15 hours, Officer Springer (66500) reported a memo at 7020 E Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival police spoke with Amanda Mcgraw. She stated she gave $20 to the clerk for gas. Her husband accidentally hit the wrong gas grade button on the pump and hung the pump up. He then went inside and told the clerk what happened and he was just wanting to get regular. Her husband then went back out and pumped the gas. He said the pump stopped at $14. When he went back inside a receipt for $14.03 was given to him. There was $6 from the $20 that was unaccounted for. When he and Amanda brought it to the clerk's attention he said she became ugly and told them they had pumped the $6 prior to the pump being registered. Police spoke with theclerk April French. She said it is unknown where the $6 went but their system was saying Amanda and her husband were not owed the $6. Police told Amanda she would need to contact a manager in the morning or speak with corporate to find out what happened at the pump. Nothing further.

The vehicle stayed there overnight and this morning around 6 am, she discovered that the purse was gone along with her make-up bag. This report was taken by phone.

Police spoke to Mr. James Shelton who is an employee of the Raceway located at the above mentioned location. Mr. Shelton stated he and his girlfriend who was the other half of the party the Complainant reported on were just playing. Mr. Shelton stated his girlfriend is also an employee and she came to work to check on him. Mr. Shelton stated he started playing around with her and eventually she left the scene. Police spoke to another employee of the Fast Stop who corroborated the story.

I met one Paul Blazek who stated he found a wallet at the corner of Gillespie Ter and Cherryton Dr by a fire hydrant and storm drain. I received the property from Mr. Blazek and went to 115 Gillespie Ter. I discovered no other property. I was unable to contact the property owner, one Ashlee Paul. I turned in the property, one rainbow colored wallet with paper identification, to property at approximately 10:05. Property #19-1017. No further police action possible.

He said that he was leaned into the back seat of his vehicle and he was strapping his son's seat belt on. He then left and went to another bank (Regions), which is when he discovered that the wallet was gone about 5 min later. He immediately went back to First Tn and he could not locate the wallet anywhere. He said that it must have fallen out of his pocket while he was seat belting his son. The victim said that his father last remembers seeing the license plate still attached to his vehicle (1999 Honda Passport, green in color, ) when he left home with the vehicle Monday morning around 8:30 am. He then drove the vehicle to Chester Frost Park where it remained parked all day and night. When he got back to the vehicle around midnight, he discovered that the plate was gone. He said that he's not sure what happened to it as to whether it was lost or stolen but he said that it could have fallen off at some point because the screws that held the license plate on were a little loose. I spoke with Daniel Rakes, an employee of Collier Construction Company. He says that sometime after 1800 hours last evening, an unknown party(s) stole 20 sheets of sub flooring and 100 2x6x16 planks of lumber. He says that this was from a construction site and the materials were on the ground outside of a house under construction. He says that Collier Construction is building a new subdivision on Camber Hill which runs off the 3200 block of Hixson Pike.

A watch was created as no material should be going out and it took a large flat bed truck to haul this amount of lumber..

Officer Van Ness made entry into the vacant apartment, and found the apartment to be empty. Officer Van Ness did observe a footprint on the front door, along with damage to the door molding/trim where the door frame was broken from being kicked in. Green Mill Properties were made aware of the situation, and stated they would send someone out in the morning to secure the residence. The residence was placed on the watch list for 24 hours. A TN license was found inside the bag belonging to a Raven Wilson. Raven was not located. The backpack and its contents were turned into property 19-1028. Nothing further.

Upon arrival police met with Anita Pritchett, who stated that her daughter had called into dispatch because she had become nervous about a vehicle that was behind them on her way to drop her mother off. Mrs. Pritchett stated that a gold SUV, with it's lights off, had pulled behind them when they were turning off of Alton Park Blvd on to E 37th St. Mrs. Pritchett stated that the vehicle pulled into the same apartment complex as them. Police searched the area and were able to locate a gold SUV but the vehicle was unoccupied. Mrs. Pritchett stated that she didn't have any concerns about the situation and couldn't think of a reason that people would be following her. Nothing else to report.

On 03/07/2019 at 15:05 hours, Officer Mitchell (0062873) wrote a supplement report for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 7047 Amin Dr. An anonymous person called in an abandoned vehicle at 2294 Edgmond Forest Ln. Once on the scene I checked the Georgia registration ; it came back as stolen. The vehicle was unoccupied and no one was around it. I was unable to observe any evidence that could be processed. I removed the vehicle from NCIC. I made over ten attempts to contact the vehicle owner and Mr. Carter. Since I was unable to make contact the owner, Mostellers #3 was contacted. They responded to the scene and towed the vehicle. Officer Perocchi is conducting the investigation of the suspect.

On 03/08/2019 at 02:40 hours, Officer T. Perocchi (79535) responded to suspicious activity at 6393 Lee Highway, the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Chattanooga. Police met with Emily Belt, who told police that an animal was brought in to the clinic with injuries that did not correlate with the owners story of how the injuries occurred. Belt also told police that the female party inside made statements about how she was uncomfortable with the male party outside in the car. Police then spoke to Destiny Vacchiano, the owner of the dog, who told police she stopped at a gas station near Brainered Road and let her dog out to use the bathroom. When she was walking her dog, a stray dog attacked her dog. Police asked her if any physical altercation occurred between her and the male party outside, identified as her husband, Maxwell Vacchiano. She explained that nothing physical had happened between them she was just concerned about his driving. Police then spoke to Maxwell Vacchiano who confirmed Destiny Vacciano's statement about the dog injuries and told police he was driving fast to get to the clinic to help the dog. Police left the scene without incident.

She went to the aisle where the makeup is located and began taking the items from the display shelves and placing the items inside of her large purse. She then passed the point of sale, exiting the building, without paying for the items. Larry left to run after her. He obtained a vehicle tag, which police dispatch ran and the tag did not match up with the vehicle. Right now there are no other leads, witnesses, or suspect information.

On 03/08/2019 at 10:00 hours, Officer M Pollard (63828) responded to a Other Larceny/Access Device at 7707 Lee Hwy. Upon my arrival at Motel 6, I spoke with the complainant, Ms. Bridgett Vientos. She stated that last week she was sleeping at the community kitchen when her debit card was stolen, along with some other items. She did not make a report regarding the incident. On March 3, 2019, she learned that $339.90 was taken off of her card. She was notified by Direct Express. She was told that the money was still in transition, therefore, they could not tell her who had made the transaction. She later found out that the transaction had taken place at a Western Union. She does not actually know who took her belongings, but she was given the names of Daniel and Jeffrey.

However, he said that the post office confirmed that it was delivered at 12:11 pm but he doesn't know where it was delivered to and he said that his surveillance camera shows his mail not being delivered until around 1 pm yesterday. Ms. Sears stated that she went through the drive through teller at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union to withdraw $160. Ms. Sears stated that she did not receive the money from the teller. Police watched the surveillance video from the transaction, and Police saw that Ms. Sears received the money. Police spoke with Ms. Sears again and helped her find the money in her vehicle. The money was found on the floor near the driver's seat.

On 03/08/2019 at 19:35 hours, Officer Luke Simon 971 responded to a stolen auto at 520 Cherokee Blvd. Upon arrival officers made contact with John Loftin. Mr Loftin stated he and his son James both had appointments for the chiropractor. John stated while he was being adjusted his son James went into his coat pocket and took out his car keys along with $70 cash from inside Johns wallet. John stated his son James then took his vehicle and has since been unable to be contacted by phone. John stated he is not sure where James went, but stated he may possibly be in the Alton Park area. John stated he does not wish to press charges at this point but did want to report the vehicle stolen. John stated he will call back if James does not return the vehicle. John stated he did not wish to report the $70 as stolen at this time as well. Nothing further at this time. This vehicle has not been entered into NCIC due to John not wishing to press charges at this time.

On 03/08/2019 at 18:35 hours, Officer Hampton (78385) reported a memo at 804 Eddings St. On scene, Police spoke with Mr. Ronald Colvin. Mr. Colvin was complaining that his neighbor used his driveway to turn his vehicle around. Mr. Colvin stated that he has had issues with the neighbors, and requested that Police ask them not to come on his property. Police spoke with the neighbor, Mr. Stephen Varnell. Mr. Varnell stated that he will tell all of his guests, and specifically his nephew, not to go onto Mr. Colvin's property. Mr. Varnell stated that since Police was there, if Police could ask Mr. Colvin to park his vehicle in a different location, as the location in which he parks his vehicle makes it difficult for them to get out of the driveway. Mr. Colvin refused to do so, and stated that he used to park his vehicle in the driveway, but started parking it on the street because he does not want his neighbors parking in front of his house. Mr. Colvin seemed as if he did not want to resolve the issue as he rejected the idea that he start parking his vehicle in his driveway again, and then Police would request the neighbors not park in front of his house.

Mr. Martin was taking Steve and Lisa Winningham, as well as Ellen Yates back to their residence then heading home himself. All parties were cleared and had no warrants.

I informed Henry that he would be issued a warning for tonight's infractions but that a report would be made documenting police's involvement with him tonight. This will create a paper trail and if such offenses occur in the future Henry will be cited. Nothing further.

Ms. Smith explained that the patient was upset after they placed her debit card on file pending proof of insurance. Ms. Smith stated that the business just wanted to be placed on the Watch List and have the encounterdocumented for possible problems in the future.

Ms. Hoge pulled into the parking lot of Texas Roadhouse to let the vehicle cool off and to eat. Ms. Hoge entered the building then was informed after a few minutes that her vehicle was on fire. Chattanooga Fire Dept responded to the scene and put out the fire. Ms. Hoge stated that she would call her insurance company to tow the vehicle. No further.

On 03/09/2019 at 21:44 hours, Officer Roberts, Galen (61098) responded to a Shoplifting at 5764 Highway 153 (which serves as the physical business address of the 'Walmart Superstore'). Nick Mounce (Loss Prevention) observed Yolanda Lorine Holt (suspect) surreptitiously concealing approximately $70.00 worth of cosmetics inside of her personal handbag. Holt was lawfully detained upon sauntering by the business's final points of sale and the ill-gotten gains were recovered intact/salable. Mounce opted to forgo pressing charges against Holt, but banished her from all 'Walmart' owned/operated properties nationwide for one full calendar year. Holt (who possesses a non-extraditable misdemeanor warrant from out of Georgia's legal jurisdiction) thanked Mounce for his absolution and meandered off into the rainy night.

We then spoke with Ms. Witcher, who stated that they had gotten into an argument and she simply wanted to get her belongings from 2620 E 41st St. Ms. Witcher gathered her belongings from the residence and went to stay at her friend's house at 2601 E 41st St. Both parties were able to refrain from further arguments and go their separate ways, with no incident.

Police checked the outside of the residence and noticed that all the screens were on all windows and it did not look like anyone had attempted to get inside the residence.

On 03/10/2019 at 00:02 hours, I Officer Ryan Lynn (73508) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2106 Hamilton Place. I made contact with Mr. Weston, who informed me that his vehicle had been stolen from 1905 Gunbarrel Rd. Mr. Weston went into the gas station with his vehicle running outside, and the vehicle was gone when he came out. The vehicle was located by Mr. Weston at the McDonald's at 2016 Hamilton Place. The vehicle was parked and running, with no damage. Suspect was a female, unknown race, wearing a white shirt. Vehicle was turned over to Mr. Weston. I searched through the area, but was unable to locatethe suspected female. Weston was given a copy of the case number to follow up, if needed. The call was closed with no further police action needed at this time.
