    Preinstallation is not common from HMI vendors. Normally the SI needs to care for installation and set-up of Windows and HMI product with corresponding servicepacks and options to be able to start the application workDocument handling that make all documents available in all clients are not available in other HMI productsFull Audit Trail including Operator actions as well as configuration changes is not available in other HMIs with out buying additional options if at all possibleSecurity is normally not Windows based this means that many systems are open to attacks if not the user cares about both the windows security and the HMI security system. All Microsoft updates helps Compact HMI to get a better security.Scheduled system backup which automatically stores the complete system configuration in one package is not available from other vendors.
