Over the past 20 years we have become proven
specialists in the development and construction
of laser machines and the optimisation of the use
of laser in flexible production processes.
Our practical and interdisciplinary research and
development leads directly to the system solutions
required by the demanding work performed by our
customers. Standardised laser-machining centres
for micro- and macro-machining with handling con-
cepts from manual to automated operation offer
you a high variety in use.
Acting as technology-oriented company, you will
get support from us at any time in developing your
specific solution.

LS 108 1.000 x 800 x 400 mm
Our standard SITEC LS laser machine is available in
three different sizes to match the dimensions and
volumes of the components being machined with
the corresponding axis lengths:
LS SERIES – COMPAC T AND VARIABLE AT THE SAME TIME
Standard Configuration
- constructive design of basic machine for laser-material machining with fibre-guided systems,
optionally equipped with direct-beam laser
- basic mechanical structure consisting of cut hard stone for a vibration
damped and precision acceptance of rotational and linear axes
- welded-steel framing
- steel plate machine panelling conforming with laser protection class 1 (passive, active optional)
- compact design with an integrated switch cabinet and a swivelling operating panel
- lockable front sliding door with a laser protection window (100 x 200 mm)
- a magnetic valve, a switch for monitoring the pressure and a manual
suspended particle gas flow control system for the inert gas
- extractor mechanically prepared
- preparation for process-specific working gas
- interface for work piece fixtures as a fastening plate with drill patterns and alignment pins
- machine control: Siemens, Beckhoff

In line with manual loading, the LS series offers you a variety of automation variants.
Autarkic runtimes, reduced worker deployment and significantly shorter cycle times
can thus be achieved. As a matter of course, the entire system complies with the
demands made on laser safety classes.
Integration of: - robot-transfer systems
- tube and coil feeding systems
- standard palletising systems
- pick-and-place-systems
