Estimate for Shafts and Tunnels

HC BiM QS were appointed to undertake the production of estimates for the

new Crossrail station at Whitechapel along with the associated shafts and

tunnels.

Subsequently we were requested to value various engineering options. As the

BiM model is dynamically linked to the requisite quantities we were able to

quantify each option quickly.

quantities for all sections of the building works including the

external works for a client who was tendering for the works.

Using the BiM cost modelling process we produced the full

bill of quantities for the school within the 4 week timeframe
