The ethos of the 3DFI is that all thewood is harvested from Dying, Dead or Down timber resources( both domesticallyand internationally), including salvage from commercial logging, reclaimed old growth,and urban reclaim.

The wood is harvested with as little impacton the surrounding eco-systems as possible,using on-site (saw)milling where possible.This practice lessens the damage caused bymassive log extraction equipment. All harvesting is done in full accordance withapplicable regulatory compliance structures.
