Step-1: Upgradation and 3G setting

1) Upgrade the dvr with the latest 3G supported data card firmware version V1.2.2,Build 121116 and above.

2) If dvr upgraded successfully then new icon (3G) is generated in the system setting .

3) Connect the 3G datacard dongle in the USB port and default the dvr once.

Supported dongle list:-  HUAWEI 1) E173, 2) EC159, 3) EC1260, 4) E303C

4) If dongle is properly detected in dvr then dvr goes to below image setting in 3G by click on icon of 3G. DVR detect dongle APN setting automatically .

5) If it is properly detected APN of supported dongle then it generated the Wireless ip of that dongle from ISP of same dongle.

6) IF it will not generated the IP then do the manual configuration from the Advanced setting in 3G:- Username -> Password-> Dial number->APN save all setting and restart the dvr.

7) For sent the Alert like motion detection,video loss, etc on mobile go to the Whitelist and insert the mobile no. with Country code for example in india +919320XXXXXX . ON Maximum 8 no. we can send the alert.

8) By using the wireless Ip we can view the camera on web .

As we know that the data card ip is dynamic therefore we register the serial no. of dvr on our server (www.hik-online.com) for static the dvr with domain name for remote viewing.

Step-2: Procedure for register on Hikvision server:-

Add the dvr in the Hikvison Server www.hik-online.com with the domain name and serial no. and its HTTP port. see the below image.

Step-3: Add the Ip server ip (115.236.50.20 ) in the dvr in DDNS Column . see the below image

Step-4: Open the server page www.hik-online.com and see the dvr domain is online according to the image .

If the dvr is online then open that link on Other WAN side on IE browser see the image.

Step-5: Adding the device in the client Software IVMS-4200 according to the image.

Import the camera in a group and view the camera in Main view according to the image.

Step -6 : Adding the Camera in the mobile
