Polythene


Centre fold polythene is ideal for stabilising and protecting awkward shaped products whilst in transit. Polythene shrink film provides transparent all weather protection and is used with our shrink film pallet guns.

Stabalise and protect your pallets in transit with our gusseted pallet shrink covers. These shrink bags are made to suit conventional pallet sizes and are perforated on a roll for ease of use.

Ideal for stabilising and protecting pallets of variable heights. Made to suit pallet foot print of 1200x1000mm, simply cut the tubing to suit the height of your pallet and shrink using one of our heat guns.

PVC shrink film is an economic clear film for use with one of our shrink wrap kits which cuts and seals the shrink film in one operation. This range of impulse heat sealers are ‘Ce’ approved and have adjustable timer controls to suit a variety of films from 2 x 25mu (2 x 100 gauge) to 2 x 200 micron (2 x 800 gauge).

Our desk top shrink kits come complete with unrolling device, separator bar, hot air blower, nozzle and stand. Our systems are for use with centre fold shrink film up to 400mm or 800mm in width and will seal up to 120 units per hour.

This pallet shrink gun comes with a hose, regulator, tools and carry case. The power is controllable but can heat a very large area in a short space of time. This model also has the added benefit that the nozzle remains cools so there are no risks of burns and has a double safety regulator, which protects against overheating.

Catalogue Paper

sourcing the best possible grade of paper plays a very important part in a successful catalogue campaign. Paper is the largest contributing cost so very often it’s a balance between providing a quality white sheet at an acceptable grammage but within budget and available time scales. On larger print runs, we show our customers an immediate saving by selecting and purchasing paper on their behalf, directly from the paper mills. We supply a complete range of recycled and sustainable paper grades with the environmental accreditation to endorse your product. Our paper weights range from 45-300gsm and we select paper to suit sheet fed, cut star, web offset and gravure printing presses.
