Dear Prospective Sponsor:

The Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce our 3rd Annual Ales & Tails for Leadership Fest. This event creates an excellent opportunity for companies and organizations to receive recognition among friends, the community and Chamber members. The 3rd Annual Ales & Tails Fest will be held at the Harlingen Arts & Heritage Museum (2425 Boxwood Drive, Harlingen, TX), on Saturday, April 6, 2019, 3-8 p.m.

The Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce Ales & Tails Fest will be open to the general public. Tickets for the event will be $40 in advance and $55 the day of the event. The Crawfish Boil will be an afternoon of music, food, a variety of craft beer, fun, games, and prizes. We hope to engage at least 600 people this year with marketing promotions, i.e. press release, social media announcements, etc.

The Chamber’s goal is to provide a quality event; while partial proceeds to benefit a local non– profit. However, we need the participation of quality sponsors to reach our goal. As this is the case, the Chamber is committed to providing quality exposure and developing lasting relationships with participating sponsors.

Enclosed are the sponsorship packages for the Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce Ales & Tails Fest. We feel they repre-sent significant opportunities for your organization’s participation in this year’s event. In order to meet the goals of this sponsor-ship proposal, we would like to have a commitment from your company no later than Monday, Feb. 18, 2019. Sponsorships and contributions are tax deductible. Donations should be made payable to the Harlingen Area Chamber of Com-merce (memo: Crawfish Boil 2019) and mailed to 311 E. Tyler, Harlingen, TX 78550.
