Abstract Guidelines

1. Delegates submitting abstract must be registered for the conference and quote the Registration ID during abstract submission.2. Abstracts in following categories shall be accepted: a). Acute Pain Management b). Chronic Pain Management c). Cancer Pain3.There shall be an award for best paper in each category for podium presentation. There shall also be an award for the best poster presented.4.The work submitted must be original work not published previously. 5.The abstract should be submitted as a word file in English language (Times new roman font, 12 size in double spacing) by email only to ispcmumbai@gmail.com6.The closing date for submission is 04 Nov 2017 (11:59pm)7.Abstracts will be evaluated by a panel of reviewers. The panel will accept or reject submissions and allocate accepted papers for either an oral presentation or poster presentation. Authors will be notified of the outcome by 5th Nov 2017. 8.Case reports shall only be accepted as posters9.The format for abstract submission & detailed guidelines can be downloaded online from www.pain.org.in/ispccon2017/ 10.The contact details of the presenting author must be filled in the format provided.11.Presentations of reviewed and accepted abstracts will be either as oral podium presentation or posters. When submitting an abstract online, the presenting author may request: Oral/ Poster only. 13.Oral presentations should be by Microsoft PowerPoint slides. Time for each presenter shall be 4 minutes plus 2 minutes for discussion. Format shall be Microsoft power point slides.14.Poster presentation shall be in form of printed posters on paper/flex in maximum size 48 inches by 36 inches (4 feet by 3 feet). The fonts and images should be used in a way that it is comfortable to read from a distance of 4 to 6 feet.
