The Sisterhood Extravaganza is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated toEmpowering Women Economically by helping women achieve their fullest potentialby recognizing their value, self-worth, and self-esteem. Research has shown that a lack of knowledge and networking opportunities are two ofthe biggest barriers to women progressing in most industries and that’s why TheSisterhood Extravaganza is so important. We provide a brilliant opportunity forprogressive women to meet people, make new contacts, hear first-hand advice fromindustry experts, and boost their skills and confidence to soar personally andprofessionally. Our development programs address a wide range of topics includingpersonal growth, leadership, career advancement, financial freedom, health andwellness, small business and entrepreneurialship.The Sisterhood Extravaganza is an organization that empowers women and girls andgives them the tools they need to succeed. We believe that these programs arenecessary because there are so many self-limiting beliefs that women face that holdthem back and keep them from moving forward. We believe that women canovercome these struggles if they have the right support and tools. The SisterhoodExtravaganza was created to fulfill that need in the community.

The Sisterhood Extravaganza was established by PatGillum in 2014, inspired by the book “TheSisterhood, Lessons I’ve Learned Along The Wayabout Women and Friendships.” The book is arelationship guide for women that outlines a path todiscovering your true purpose, loving yourself andothers by sharing the 5 key principles that givewomen the tools and knowledge to foster healthypositive relationships with the women in their livesand repair strained relationships that will enablethem to be successful in all areas of their lives.

Pat Gillum is an award-winning Speaker, Authorand Certified Life and Business EmpowermentCoach. She is the CEO of Pat Gillum Consulting asuccessful personal and professional developmentcoaching firm. She has created a vast collection ofsuccess tools, workshops, seminars and conferencestriggering transformation and leading women todiscover their true selves, as well as their truepotential while embracing the possibilities of abetter, more fulfilling and healthier way of life.Pat focuses her unwavering dedication to empowerwomen to freely and smartly turn their dreams intoreality with clarity, confidence, and commitment toaction.

Deborah Deras is an award-winning keynote speaker, author,marketing consultant and life coach and is a nationally CertifiedRehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She holds a Master’s degree inCounseling and has over 15 years of teaching, in organizationalpsychology, communication and diversity. The CEO of SynergyUnlimited LLC, she is an expert in work life balance, productivity,stress management, and leadership training, working with Fortune 500companies. She served as the spokesperson for the Verizon Wirelesscampaign for Hispanic Entrepreneurs. The co-author of Confessionsof an Adrenaline Addict: How to Achieve More With Less Effort andMeditation for Success.

Patrice Register is the founder and CEO of PLRServices, LLC. She is aself-motivated, serial entrepreneur and inspirational thought leaderwhose problem solving skills has helped many businesses and forwardthinkers to be more productive by giving them time-saving ideas andshaving costs off their bottom line. She served as the Co- President of85 Broads –Arizona Chapter(now called Ellevate network), Mistress ofCeremony for the Chandler Minority Business Development Group, anda Board Member and VP of Membership for National Sales Network.She was nominated for The 2012 Small Business Influencer Award andrecognized as 2014’s 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona Business.

Danielle Hampson has helped thousands of entrepreneurs develop andimprove their networking skills, as an International Business Consultantspeaking several languages and the founder of a business networkingorganization – The Art of Networking. For several years she served onthe Advisory Business Education Council, an initiative of the ArizonaDepartment of Education. In 2005, years before Internet streaming radiobecame popular, she added an online show to her business portfoliocalled “The Authors Show”. Today, the show is the # 1 online radioprogram in its category, and an online TV version is also available. Danielle is an accomplished talk show personality and a public speakeron the topics of “Networking Done the Right Way” and on “IncreasingYour Visibility Using Web Radio and TV”.

DJ Khamis is the Director of Operations for The Stars FoundationUN/UNICEF. As a College instructor, he is certified to teach in allColleges and Universities in Arizona. DJ owned and operated severalArt Galleries where his art is collected Internationally and Published &distributed in 52 countries. He produced his daily TV show "AnglesHealth & Fitness TV" broadcasting to over 30 million viewers. DJ'spaintings went on display at The Kauai Museum in Hawaii. He paintedmany commissions for International Golf Magazine Covers and wasnamed by "Art Business News" one of the top Golf Artists in the UnitedStates.

Carmen C. Ray is a social entrepreneur who specializes in providingnetworking and educational opportunities for women to heal, grow and livetheir soul purpose. Carmen is an expert events planner, public speaker,workshop facilitator, and a masterful connector of people, information,ideas, and services for health, wellness and prosperity. As an executivemarketing director, Carmen manages a growing Soul Purpose Network of400 members which includes both business associates and customers. She provides them with on-going leadership, encouragement, creativitycoaching and sales/profit support. In addition, Carmen has innovated tworapidly expanding projects, the Be well Empowerment Conference, andSouls of My Sisters Book Clubs.

Debbie Young is the Vice President, and Consumer Market Manager forWest San Gabriel Market of Bank of America in California. She directs atotal of 15 banking centers with over 138,000 transactions, a sales forceof over 200, and 90 partner specialists responsible for managing over$1.5 Billion dollars in deposit relationships. She has served over 10years with JP Morgan Chase (Delaware and Dallas) in senior leadershiproles. Her responsibilities included reducing operational inefficiencies,while saving the firm over $24 million dollars in 18 months. Debbie’sprofessional education includes a BA in Business from HowardUniversity, MS in Management Information Systems from the Universityof Baltimore and a MBA in Global Management from University ofPhoenix.
