The headline is the second largest font on the cover. The headline summarises what the main story is about to attract readers. The two artist’s names has different front colours and this links to the main image as it shows which artist is which The photography is almost a full body shot but the bottom half of their legs have been cut off. This main image conforms with the magazine’s conventions as the two artist featured at the front is look directly at the camera. These sell lines/cover lines also help the magazine sell. It attracts readers especially who listens to ‘Busta Rhymes’, or who likes Mister Cartoon’s graffiti art works. ‘HIP-HOP’S LATINO CONNECTION’ is the tagline for the magazine. It is to tell readers what the magazine is all about which is Hip hop connecting with Latino music.
