It is our great pleasure to invite you again to the “3rd Surgical Workshop of Com-plex Uro-Genital Reconstructive Surgery in Adulthood – Sava Perovic” which will be held on 29-30th October 2010 in Bel-grade, Serbia.

Previous workshops were leaded by our passing friend and master Sava Perovic. The world has lost a wonderful person who loved life, people and work utmost. His passing is a huge loss, from medical, scientific and a personal point of view. He was s a great professional and innovator and his contribution to genital recon-structive surgery with surgical-skill dem-onstration on many live-surgery meetings will always be legendary and will remain a landmark for a long time. Having a great and very strong personality, Sava was one of the pioneers of reconstructive urology, both pediatric and adult. He was a brave surgeon - innovating and creat-ing new and exciting procedures for all of us to follow, whilst changing the destiny of countless patients.

Years of tireless and selfless work resulted in many new operative techniques and principles, widely accepted among peers. Sava’s “never give-up” and “continually improve” principals were a great inspira-

tion to all of us. As a luminous example, he challenged us to do better and always to strive for excellence. We will always miss his support, vision and participation.

We will continue to carry on Sava in our hearts, incorporating his novel surgi-cal techniques and enormous overall contribution to the field of urology and trying to pass the torch and his vision to many throughout the planet.

As during previous courses, we will try to present the most complex, non every-day problems and the way of their treatment. We want to make this workshop interac-tive so that live surgery and lectures are supported by lively discussions. We will give our best to make your stay in Belgrade both useful and pleasant.

The course is accredited with 12 EU-ACME credit points.
