Day One: Moshi to Tarangire National ParkWe will depart from Moshi in the morning and travel to the Tarangire National Park whereyou can marvel at the colossal termite mounds and the ancient baobab trees. Thepicturesque scenery and diverse bird-life assist in creating the tranquil ambiance of theTarangire National Park. The great elephant population is an extremely remarkable sight.African elephants are the largest land mammal and adult males can weigh as much as seventonnes. Tarangire’s varied wildlife includes lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas,cheetah, mongoose, buffaloes, and baboons. When your game drive comes to an end, wewill take you to the Fanaka Campsite. Comprehensive camping facilities are on offer.

Day Two: Tarangire National Park to Serengeti National ParkAn appetising breakfast will be served at the camp followed by a drive to the SerengetiNational Park. We will take the scenic route to the Serengeti which allows us to travel nearthe Ngorongoro Crater. There is a possibility of spotting game. The endless golden savannahwith splotches of colour created by the vegetation and wildlife make it easy to understandwhy the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural wonders of Africa. We will stop so that youcan enjoy your picnic lunch on a kopje (a small hill in a generally flat area). We will proceedfurther into the Serengeti for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night at theSerengeti Camp, comprehensive camping facilities are available.

Day Three: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro CraterWe will begin the day in the central Serengeti where we will have lunch and view game. Thewildlife in the Serengeti is extremely diverse there are regular sightings of lions, leopards,elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, elands, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles,giraffe, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos and antelopes. There are a few factorsthat will affect the game you spot such as the migration of the herds and the season. Thevarious bird species consists of a few migrants from the Eurasia region. We will drive to thecampsite which is located near the rim of the crater and a delectable dinner will be served.You will spend the night at the Simba Camp, comprehensive camping facilities are on offer.

Day Four: Ngorongoro Crater to MoshiWe will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater early in the morning as it is a wonderful time tospot game. We will go on a game drive with a picnic lunch inside the crater. Majority of theanimals tend to reside within the crater due to its elevated structure. There is a highpossibility of spotting every member of ‘The Big 5’. The group comprises some of thestrongest animals in Africa – the ferocious lion, the giant elephant, the swift leopard, thetough rhino and the charging buffalo. The Crater was formed millions of years ago when alarge volcano erupted. You can expect to encounter zebra, hippo, wildebeest and cacklinghyenas. There are graceful flamingos along the Soda Lake and vultures are constantlycircling the sky in search of discarded carcases. Storks and geese are popular water birds inthe crater. Our game drive will conclude shortly after dinner. Our driver will transport you toMoshi but transportation to the airport can be arranged on request.
