Our pupils visited various places in our region, took photos, looked for information about them and made posters. So, here’s our work:

THE ACROPOLIS AND PLAKA

We visited the Acropolis and a guide gave us information about it…

We walked along the pedestrian of the Historic Centre of Athens, took photos and bought souvenirs.

Our souvenirs

On the feet of the Acropolis hill, the visitor of Athens can visit the Old Town of Athens called Plaka.

Class 2 visited the Old Town and walked in the narrow streets with the old houses.

We also bought souvenirs and enjoyed their visit.

Class 2 visited Vravrona, a beautiful place some kilometers away from our school. It’s a great wetland and when we arrived there we were able to hear many different sounds of birds nesting there.

We watched a program of the Greek Ornithological Society, we learned the names of a lot of birds and played rolegames.

After that we visited the Museum of Vravrona and the Temple of Diana.
