Pre-booked groups must have a minimum of fifteen or more paying children.All rates are for adult or child admission. Our group rate varies throughout the year.
The price is inclusive of admission to Willows Activity Farm including the Peter Rabbit Adventure Playground.
Groups can choose an Early Years or Key Stage 1 curriculum linked activity plus tractor ride, demonstrations and acres of farmyard fun.
If requested on the booking form, educational guides are free (subject to availability) when the total booking is £145 or more. For bookings under £145 guides can be provided for a fee - please call for details.
Your booking form and deposit must be received at least 10 working days prior to the date of your visit to guarantee an educational guide.
Under 2’s are admitted FREE to the Activity Farm.
One adult FREE with every five paying children.
Goodie Bags can be pre-ordered as a souvenir of the day for only £3 by ticking the box on the booking form. Goodie Bag contents are suitable for primary school children.
Prices can be subject to change throughout the year.
We welcome bookings from schools, parent and toddler groups, Brownies and Cubs etc.

Please then complete and return the attached group booking form to Willows Administration Office with your deposit at least 10 working days prior to your visit date. On receipt of your signed booking form and deposit, your booking will be confirmed by us in writing.
On the day of your visit, we will issue you an invoice based on the actual number of admissions.
Just 200 metres from junction 22 off the M25, Willows Activity Farm is easy to find and only a short distance from Central London.

With so many children growing up in urban areas, a visit to Willows allows children to explore the countryside, its animals, how animals and humans work together, where the food they eat comes from and the importance of outdoor activity. At Willows the children learn all this and more through our programme of activities, adventure play and having fun!
Your visit to Willows includes an exciting mix of educational activities, tractor ride, demonstrations and acres of adventure play.
Education at WillowsOur experienced educational guides provide many learning opportunities with a choice of curriculum linked activities or a more informal guided farm visit with a packed programme of fun.
There’s so much to doDemonstrations: Included in your visit are demonstrations and fun activities including Animal Racing.
Adorable Animals: Meet rabbits, goats and pigs in our under cover barn plus bigger farmyard friends such as sheep and cows in our paddocks.
Tractor Ride: Take a ride on Tristan the Runaway Tractor to see the countryside and enjoy the bumps along the way!
Growing Patch: See many varied crops and vegetables and guess what’s growing above and below ground (Subject to weather and time of year).
Willows Educational Guides: Our friendly educational guides lead the themed activities and ensure that children gain the maximum benefit from their visit. Educational guides are free (subject to availability) when requested for bookings of £145 or more. For bookings under this value, educational guides can be booked for a fee.

Essentials Hand Washing Stops are available throughout the Activity Farm with
child friendly signs.
Fully trained first aiders available.
Free teachers packs are available on request to booked groups.
General facilities include toilets with disabled access, a restaurant, ice creams, souvenirs, baby changing facilities and free coach and car parking.
An under cover lunch area is available and there are also shaded picnic areas.
Health and Safety advice sheets provided to teachers/group leaders.
Willows Group Risk Assessment available plus free familiarisation visit to complete own assessment.
Teachers/group leaders have the option, at their discretion, to take their group into Woolly Jumpers indoor play barn. Educational guides are not responsible for the group should they enter Woolly Jumpers. Height restrictions apply, socks must be worn and arms and legs must be covered to ride the slides.

Early Years (Pre-School)A visit to Willows Activity Farm offers a safe and secure environment for young children to develop their skills. Choose one option (on the booking form) from the following:
The Wonder of Willows. Our structured tour helps meet many of the early learning goals to build confidence and develop imagination with story telling and animal encounters.
Farm animal families and feasts. A real life version of the popular matching game – matching the animal to their young, diet and produce, supporting development of communication and language and understanding the world.
Count your chickens! A simple counting game in a real life setting, helping children’s mathematical development while having fun.
Know your rabbits. Inspired by our friend Peter Rabbit, a multi-sensory, interactive look at rabbits and their care as pets.
