SIWELL SIGNATURE Worship Information

This coming Sunday we are going to be having an early worship at 9:30 a.m. in the downstairs fellowship hall for those that would feel more comfortable worshipping where everyone is wearing a mask. Wearing a mask will be mandatory for those attending the early worship and masks must be worn the whole time except briefly during the Lord's supper. We will be setting chairs up spaced apart for social distancing. Prepackaged communion supplies will be available as you enter the downstairs fellowship hall and there will be a box where you can drop in your contribution. We ask that everyone attending the early worship to enter through the downstairs door, as we will be preparing for worship beginning upstairs at 10:10. Please let the elders or the church office know if you have any questions or concerns. Sunday morning worship will be starting at 10:10 in the auditorium. This extended worship will allow us to have more songs, prayers, and scripture reading. Out of consideration for those with underlying health issues, the elders are asking that we all consider wearing masks. This is out of an abundance of caution because we love each other as family. All Bible classes and our Sunday evening worship will continue online at this time. Our Sunday evening worship will be streaming on Facebook and Livestream at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday evening. Please continue to keep this ongoing situation in your prayers and continue to take advantage of all of the online Bible studies and resources that are being put out right now. Studying the Word of God is so important. We hope you all are doing well. Let us know if you have any prayer requests or any questions. We love you all and hope to see you all soon.

REMEMBER IN PRAYER

Please keep Joey, Suzanne, Suzanne’s mother, brother, sister-in-law, and the rest of the family in your prayers as they continue to recover from Covid-19 and as they mourn the death of Suzanne’s father, James Kirby Craft. Mr. Craft was buried today.

Please pray for Logan and Kelley Baldwin and their family as they mourn the loss of Kelley’s great uncle, Benny Gooch. Mr. Gooch had cancer and was an elder at the Roans Creek Church of Christ in Lexington, TN.

Hank Hudson, brother-in-law of Teresa Hampton, has been diagnosed with Covid-19.

Kristi Kelley, daughter of Vic Kelley, as she continues to have health problems.

Patricia Liddell’s father had a stroke and is in a nursing home.

Janie Martin, niece of Billy McAdams, has Stage 4 lung cancer and is receiving chemotherapy.

Linda McClure, niece of Billy McAdams, has breast cancer. Her husband, Jimmy Ralph McClure, has prostate cancer.

Billy McAdams requested prayers for Janie Fondren Tindall from Greenwood. She has Stage 4 colon cancer.

Ernest Longstreet, member of Parkview Church of Christ, is having health problems.

Prayers have been requested for Lee Ann Foster, cousin of Jeff Wall and Melanie Tidwell. She is in ICU at St. Dominic Hospital after emergency surgery and is not doing well.

BLESSING BAGS FOR THE HOMELESS

Items Needed: cheese crackers, peanut butter crackers, Vienna Sausages/Spam (with pop tops), Beef Jerky, small packages of Kleenex, Wet Ones (travel size). There is a collection box in the foyer.

The Realm application (app) and website are great resources to stay connected with everything that is going on at Siwell Road. Through this app and website, you can receive all of the emails, updates, and communications sent out to the members of Siwell Road. Realm comes equipped with a calendar of events and provides a way for members to sign up if you plan to attend different activities. Online giving is also available on Realm at this time. Once you set up an account you will also have the ability to sign up for new involvement groups. Click on More, then Groups, then Find Groups to select ministry areas you would like to be involved with. SERVICES FOR JULY 26, 2020

9:30 a.m. - Early worship service (Mandatory Facemask) in the downstairs fellowship hall. Please enter and exit through the downstairs doors. Chairs will be spaced apart for social distancing. Prepackaged communion supplies will be on a table just inside the door. There will be a box for contributions. 10:10 a.m. – Extended worship in the auditorium. This allows us to have more songs, prayers, and scripture reading. Out of consideration for those with underlying health issues, the elders ask that everyone considers wearing a facemask.

Because of the heat, communion supplies will not be available outside. Please call the church office to make arrangements for picking up the supplies
