4/21/11 National Standards for Physical Education Standard 1: Demonstrates competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities. Standard 2: Demonstrates understanding of movement concepts, principles, strategies, and tactics as they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities. Standard 3: Participates regularly in physical activity. Standard 4: Achieves and maintains a health-enhancing level of physical fitness. Standard 5: Exhibits responsible personal and social behavior that respects self and others in physical activity settings. Standard 6: Values physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression, and/or social interaction.

Needs Assessment
-Poor School District 95 % students are Minority 85 % scored Minimal on MCT
10 % of students at this school received athletic scholarships
-This physical education technology curriculum will boost that percentage rate to 40%.

Process-Coaches receive training over a five year period.
-Coaches will be equipped with promethium boards in classrooms and locker rooms.
- Each player will be provided programs and personal I-pads in order to study plays at home.
-Students visit colleges on line and have tutoring sessions with coaches all over America.

Conclusion• This Technology Grant would help our
student athletes become..• Advertised• Energized• Commercialized• Organized• Not to mention the technology education
these students could receive daily!!
