Commissioners, We are applying for approval to construct a cape style single familyhome at 43 Sedgewick Lane. The house is traditional in style and integrates well into theneighborhood. We hope to begin construction of the house in the spring of 2021 .

Included with our application is a complete set of original house plans, a copy of the plotplan and a listing of all of the materials we will be using on the exterior of the house. Wehave provided samples where possible, as well as, manufacturer documentation. Wheresamples were unavailable we have included manufacturers specifications.
