Brown Street, Wylie, Texas 75098 until 10:00 AM local time, Friday, Febru-ary 28, 2020 for an an-nual agreement to sup-ply ultra-low sulphur diesel and unleaded gasoline for the period beginning October 1, 2020. At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly re-ceived will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Pogue Construction, as Construction Manager at Risk, will receive bids for construction subcontracts for the Wylie ISD Package Two projects until Feb-ruary 27, 2020 at 2:00 PM. All bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids shall be on a per cam-pus lump sum basis and include with them the appropriate bid packages and proposal forms. All bid pack-ages, electronic draw-ings and specifications are available via login at ISQFT or for free by visiting our website at www.pogueconstruc-tion.com.
In general, the project consists of additions and renovations to the Harrison Intermediate, Bush Elementary, and Cox Elementary cam-puses. Additions will include new ICC-500 compliant community storm shelters, Class-rooms, and Cafeteria Expansions. Each campus will also have
phased renovations to the existing spaces. Construction will in-clude but not be limited to the following scopes of work; Demolition, Earthwork, Utilities, Concrete Paving, Ma-sonry, Structural Steel, Millwork, Glass/Glaz-ing, Finishes, Fire Sup-pression, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumb-ing, Landscape & Ir-rigation, Fencing, and Pavement Markings.
A Pre-Bid Conference outlining bidding re-quirements and antici-pated project schedul-ing/phasing will be held at 1:00 PM on February 17, 2020. The Pre-bid confer-ence will be located at the Harrison Interme-diate School at 1001 S Ballard Ave, Wylie, TX. Campus walks will follow to view the existing conditions at each campus. Atten-dance of the Pre-Bid Conference may be a determining factor in evaluating bids, so we encourage participa-tion.
Pogue Construction reserves the right to reject any or all pro-posals, to waive tech-nicalities, to advertise for new proposals, or proceed to do the work by other means, when in the best interests of Wylie ISD and Pogue Construction.
No bidder may with-draw its Proposal within ninety (90) cal-endar days after the ac-tual date of the opening thereof.
Bids will be received either by mail or hand
delivery at 1512 Bray Central Drive, Suite 300 in McKinney, TX 75069 or by email at [email protected], until the date and time shown above. A completed bid pack-age and bid proposal form is required with each bid and can be found in the Bid Pack-ages folder.
