Young Researchers Committee

Background :

YRC was established in March 2012 upon a decree from Prof.

Mamdouh Ghorab, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and

Research Affairs at that time (Currently taking up office as the governor

of Al-Sharqia, Egypt). He invited all the Suez Canal University young

researchers who came back home having finished their studies abroad,

and those awarded PhDs from all Faculties at Suez Canal University.

Henceforth, the young researchers were committed to giving unique

opportunities to develop a good system for the scientific research sector

in Suez Canal University, and their ultimate goal was to transfer the skills

they acquired abroad to their university.

With the course of time, and with the sparkling success of the idea,

members of the committee began to increase as researchers from all

Faculties of the Suez Canal University voluntarily joined the committee.
