    5*he three 'orld-6pheres are mind-only’, is a system o) the !"ni(

#n the !ahāyāna, it is mostly emptiness that is e%plained8 as it hasbeen said( 5#n the !ahāyāna that has been shown in its entirety’. #nre)erence to that, he says

    &

'hat appears and how it appears(emptiness is to be )ree )rom that. *he frst two are not )o"nd,while the non-e%istence o) that is )o"nd.

'hat appears means the two( apprehended and apprehender. *hatis called 5wrongly imagined’. 59ppears’ means the action o) appearance. *hat is called 5dependent’, beca"se it depends "ponca"ses and conditions. 5:ependent’, 5trans)ormation o) conscio"sness’ and 5dependent arising’, are synonyms. 5ow it

5*he frst two are not )o"nd’( what is apprehended is not there )romthe beginning, being bere)t o) one’s own e%istence as either one ormany. Even the apprehender conscio"sness is )alse, beca"se itdepends "pon what is apprehended. /n the other hand, conscio"sness )ree )rom apprehended and apprehender does e%ist. *here)ore, mind-only is not harmed. #n the cognition o) a oble /ne
