Wasfati is a registered brand-name in Kuwait, Egypt and Jordan, the project fallsunder a registered company in jordan called “Olive interactive”

Our team consists of a Web developer/Database Admin (Muhannad Ismail), a

branding and graphic designer (Hussien Naser), and a UI developer/Online

marketing specialist (Fouad Masoud)

Muhannad and hussien are part time employees at this moment, while Fouadwill be moving little by little to be a full time employee.

Wasfati.com has been online for about two years now. The cost to run it goes around 1000$ a year , this includes only hosting and domain Names renewals, whereas the labor cost is not included since the partners are the actual work force.

Renewals of company registration, and brands cost is 600$ a year.

It is planned to carry online marketing campaigns targeting the MENA region, ranging from social media websites like facebook to popular websites in the region with an estimated budget of 5000$ for three months twice a year.

Freelance costs is estimated about 6000$ for graphic design, development and copywriting for each major request. This amount would vary according to the nature of task and the professional involved. (Facebook apps, mobile apps...)

Wasfati.com now with a traffic of 60k+ visits generates revenue through adsand banners with around 200$ a month/ 2400$ a year, which covers the costsof running the website.

The plan is to make the best use of all known and yet to be investigatedrevenue models which could include monetization through mobile apps, andSMS/MMS Subscriptions.

Another revenue model is investigated to have the options of buildingsponsored sections (Recipes & Categories) for the FMCG Firms and otherrelated nature firms.
