Also on the ground level is a spacious and gracious entry and elevator landing, plus a studio apartment.
On the second and third level are 8 spacious apartments, including 6 two bedroom, and 2 extra large one bedroom units, all opening onto sunny balconies.All second and third floor units are accessed by a large, medical emergency sized, top of the line elevator by Otis Elevator Company, and are entered from securedbreezeways.
Green building and maintenance efficient components include durable and low maintenance exterior siding, a 40 year rated asphalt shingle Class-A roof. San Bruno California is located 12 miles south of San Francisco on the San Francisco Peninsula, within a few miles of San Francisco Airport.
