Multi Material Conveyor/Weigher
The Conveyor/Weigher package combines a vacuumreceiver with a
reliable weighing system. The resulting
combination allows multiple ingredients to be conveyedand
weighed so that accurate batching o ingredientscan take place on
either a cumulative or sequentialbasis:
a) As a Multi Material Batch Weigher the unit accumu-lates an
exact amount by weight o several ingredients(generally max. eight)
to orm a batch prior to loadinga mixer.
b) As a Totalizing Weigher the unit continuously moni-tors the
throughput o a single material in a process oraccurately lls a bulk
container.
