    insTanT inCline 0/5/10/15 - In quick start and manual program modes press the instant incline button to select the required incline level.

    sTop To stop a workout at any point.

    Press once will pause the program and the treadmill speed will decrease slowly and stop. (to restart press START).

    Press and hold for 2 seconds - the treadmill will stop fully and display a workout summary.

    The STOP button can also be used to return to the previous menu option when selecting programs

    Fan Press to activate the built in Fan (Not available on TT1.0 model).

    saFeTy Key Included with this machine is a red Safety Key, without which the treadmill wont operate. Its purpose is to immediately stop the machine in the event of an emergency.

    The clip on the other end of the safety key must be attached to the user at all times during your workout to ensure the machine stops immediately in the event of an emergency

    UsB inpUT To connect i-pod/i phone/i-pad. USB will charge device, but it will not be docked.

    i-Drive

    Used to control the program selection and confirmation, increase intensity levels and scroll through program selection.

    Turn to select information and press to confirm.

    To increase and decrease the speed. Increase the intensity levels in the programs.

    Speed keys are located on the console and on the right handlebar

    inCline

    To increase or decrease the incline setting of the treadmill. The incline level is indicated as shown.

    The value circled in Green is the current incline level.

    The value circled in red is the input requested incline level.

    There are 5 user profiles available.

    Select user profile 1-5

    Press i-Drive button

    Select age by rotating the i-Drive button

    Press button to select age

    Select height by rotating the i-Drive button

    manUal The manual program allows the user to manually enter the following parameters:

    Time/Distance/Calories.

    Using the i-Drive button select time and press to confirm.

    Using the i-Drive button select calories and press to confirm.

    Press START when the required fields are entered.

    Note: All 3 fields DO NOT need to be entered. If you only wish to enter time/distance or calories press start after entering that specific data, leaving the other 2 at 0.

    Time The time goal default value is 0:00 range 1:00-99:00 minutes.

    DisTanCeThe distance default value is 0.00. The range is 1.00-99.00 units is km (mile).

    Calories The calorie default value is 0.00. The range is 10-9990.

    During manual program the incline and speed can be adjusted using the instant speed and incline keys and the speed +/- buttons and Incline +/- buttons on the console and handlebars.

    During preset programs 1-6 the speed and incline cannot be manually adjusted. The incline and speed profiles will follow the charts below.

    The level of intensity can be preset before the workout begins and will determine the required level of effort during the workout program.

    program p1 3.5 Km WalKP1 has a preset distance goal of 3.5km.

    Select P1 using the i-Drive button.

    Select level of intensity using i-Drive button and press to confirm

    Press start to begin. The distance counts down from 3.5km. The program will end when the distance is complete.

    program p2 hill ClimBP2 has a preset program profile.

    Select P2 using the i-Drive button and press to confirm.

    Select intensity level using the i-Drive button and press to confirm. P2 has a preset intensity level; the range is 1 - 10.

    Enter duration of workout using the i-Drive button and press to confirm

    P2 has a preset workout time of 30.00 minutes. The range is 20:00-99:00 minutes.

    Press i-Drive button to confirm workout. Display screen will indicate Ready Go and workout will commence.

    Time counts down from preset time. Distance counts up from 0.

    program ranDomThere are 4 random programs each has a different level of intensity.

    Random 1 Basic intensity - ideal for beginners.

    Random 2 Normal intensity - ideal for intermediate users with good level of fitness.

    Random 3 Advanced intensity - ideal for frequent users with a good level of fitness.

    Random 4 High intensity - ideal for users with high fitness levels.

    The incline and speed are higher and faster as the intensity level increases.

    Time and distance can be set using the i-Drive button.

    Time counts up 0.00 minutes.

    Rotate the i-Drive button to set the speed.

    Set the incline level using the instant buttons or +/- incline keys on the console

    Press i-Drive button and repeat for all segments

    Press the i-Drive button for 3 seconds to save the user program profile and quit.

    hearT raTe Training programsNOTE: to accurately use these programs we recommend the use of a polar chest strap. If the system does not receive the pulse signal for 45 seconds it will stop and indicate NO PULSE, press STOP and check the heart rate strap.

    This HRC program has 3 levels, 60% of maximum heart rate, 75% of maximum heart rate and Target heart rate manually inputted by user.

    During training the beats per minute (BPM pulse) will be indicated. The goal BPM, will be indicated as THR = input data. Every 10 seconds, the program will increase or decrease the speed to adjust the intensity of the workout in order to match the user HR with THR.

    If actual pulse is lower than goal value, TOO LOW will be indicated on screen.

    If the actual pulse is higher than goal pulse the screen will show TOO HIGH

    If the speed is increased 10 times continuously the incline will increase 1 level. If the speed decreases 10 times continuously the incline will decrease 1 level.

    During the Heart Rate Training Zone program the speed and incline can be manually adjusted using the speed and incline keys.

    1. 60%, 75% hearT raTe Training ZonesUsing the i-Drive button select 60% or 75%. The target heart rate levels are based on

    percentage of personal maximum heart rate, 220 - age = Maximum heart rate.

    Rotate the i-Drive button to adjust the desired workout time range is 20:00-99:00 minutes and press to confirm.

    The display will then indicate the goal BPM based on the user profile data previously entered.

    Press i-Drive to confirm goal pulse value and the workout will start.

    Distance counts up from 0.00 km

    Incline is preset and remains at 0 during the workout unless manually adjusted.

    Speed and incline can be manually adjusted using the preset speed and incline buttons or the +/- speed buttons and the +/- incline buttons on the console and handlebars.

    Press start to begin workout.

    NOTE: You can press start after entering time or distance.

    User DeFineD program User programs can be created by the user and are completely individual. Once the data is entered and the program is created it will be stored and ready to use time and time again.

    Rotate the i-Drive button to select user programs from U1 to U4 then press i-Drive button to confirm.

    Press START to begin workout.

    NOTE: you can press START after entering any of the information to being exercise. All details fields do not need to be set.

    To create a user program:

    Press the i-Drive button to confirm.

    Press the i-Drive button for 3 seconds to enter program creation mode.

    Rotate the i-Drive button to adjust the desired workout time range is 20:00-99:00 minutes and press to confirm.

    Rotate the i-Drive button to select target HR default value is 72 BPM

    Press i-Drive to confirm the target heart rate BPM and the workout will start.

    hearT raTe (hearT raTe Training Zone) Display DesCripTion

    Within the Heart Rate Training Program there are 4 preset zones:

    Low: 0-64% of maximum heart rate

    Fatburn: 65%-74% of maximum heart rate

    Aerobic: 75%-84% of maximum heart rate

    High: 85% and above of maximum heart rate

    Maximum heart rate is calculated by: Maximum heart rate = 220 - AGE Example: If user is 30 years, the maximum HRC 190 (220-30).

    When training in HRC training mode, if user pulse reading is 120bpm, the readout will display LOW calculated at 120bpm/190(max HR) = 63%

    Use the i-Drive button select BODY FAT

    Press i-Drive to confirm.

    The program will use the personal data (Gender/Height/Weight) from the profile being used (see user profile section)

    Please place both hands on the pulse sensors for 15 seconds

    Console will display Body Fat reading

    After the value displaying, press STOP button

    UnDersTanDing The BoDy FaT DaTaThe body fat data should be used as a guide to the physical condition of the user. It should not be used as the only measure of health and fitness but is a good indicator of progression and general health. Note these calculations do not take muscle mass into consideration.

    This data is not suitable for pregnant women, children, those with a lot of muscle and those who have lost muscle as you get older.

    Different ethnic groups have a different body fat ratio and the data below may not be appropriate for you. Please consult your doctor for more information on body fat.

    TT3.0 TreaDmill app FUnCTion**Available on TT3.0 Treadmill only**

    The Titanium Treadmill TT3.0 is fitted with a Bluetooth receiver and can connect to many iOS and Android devices. Please see SUPPORTED DEVICES section to check your device compatibility. When the Pafers Treadmill monitor app and run on earth apps are downloaded from the APP store and installed the user can monitor their workout.

    apple DeviCeThis Treadmill has an i-Pod/pad connection wire via a USB port on the computer; the user can place the i-Pod/Pad onto the treadmill computer and connect directly. This will allow the user to use the device functions whilst exercising, the i-pad will also charge when connected.

    *Please note the device will charge, but will not be docked with the Treadmill*.

    pairing via BlUeTooTh

    1 Place the i-pad onto the holder of Treadmill computer.

    2 Go into Settings on the ipad

    3 Select Bluetooth, the iPad will detect all Bluetooth devices that are within range. Locate the TT3.0 Treadmill and select to pair.

    *If for any reason you do not recognise the name of the Treadmill please contact your local office for further advice*.

    4 Please wait for a few seconds until the status of the device changes to connected,

    then check if the Bluetooth icon is showing on the top right hand corner of the device. If connected successfully this will turn white, if not connected it will remain grey.

    5 After Bluetooth is connected successfully for 10 seconds, the symbol of mobile device connection status on the bottom right corner of treadmill console screen will change from to and console will beep to confirm the connection.

    6 Once Bluetooth is connected Press the HOME button on the iPad and open the Pafers treadmill APP downloaded from iTunes Store

    7 Once the APP is opened the Treadmill and software will pair. When they are connected successfully the APP features screen will be unlocked, you can use every mode on the APP interface to control the treadmill.

    8 After using the APP you will need to close the program fully. Press HOME button on the iPad twice, close recently used APP in the background (as figure below). Then go back to iPad Settings page to close the Bluetooth function. After approximately 5-10 seconds the treadmill will beep and return to the regular LCD display.

    anDroiD DeviCeConnect the Android tablet to the Play Store, search for Pafers and download the appropriate APP with treadmill function to your device, for example Run On Earth. Other APPs not designed for treadmill will not connect with this treadmill console.

    pairing via BlUeTooTh

    1 Place the Tablet on to the holder of Treadmill console.

    2 Enter tablet Settings and open Bluetooth feature.

    3 Press HOME page button to go to desktop and open the related Pafers APP that downloaded from Play Store.

    4 Once the APP is open the treadmill will detect it. The connecting option page will open in the APP, press Connect and the Android device will detect all Bluetooth devices within range. Locate the TT3.0 Treadmill and select to pair. *If for any reason you do not recognise the name of the Treadmill please contact your local office for further advice*.

    5 Please wait for a few seconds until the status of the device changes to connected, then check

    if the Bluetooth icon is showing on the top right hand corner of the device. If connected successfully this will turn white, if not connected it will remain grey.

    6 After Bluetooth is connected successfully for 10 seconds, the symbol of mobile device connection

    status on the bottom right corner of treadmill console screen will change from to and console will beep to confirm the connection.

    7 Once finished using the APP you will need to close it completely, please close used APP in the background. Then please go back to Android tablet Settings page to close Bluetooth function. After approximately 10 seconds the computer beep and will return to the regular LCD operation.

    NOTES

    After pairing successfully, please start treadmill APP within 2 minutes. If App is not started within 2 minutes or the distance between tablet and treadmill is over 2meters, the connection will be interrupted automatically. To resume the devices will need to be paired again.

    The operation and function of every APP are different, please contact dealer or visit Pafers website for APP instructions, attentions and function introduction.

    APP will not change the unit of Metric/English automatically, when the unit between APP and console are different, please switch the unit in APP.

    The software will be updated or a new APP will be launched on an unfixed schedule (Refer to APP store)

    APP contains the functions set out in this document, we suggest users use 3G or Wi-Fi network in order to enjoy the complete functions.

    FITNESS MANAGEMENT Register your personal account in APP and sign in, you can record or review your fitness data for every exercise session.

    TroUBleshooTing

    When using the APP, you can use background applications such as music, pictures and other Apps. Try to avoid opening too many applications as it may cause the connection to be interrupted due to resource allocation and self-protection of the Device.

    If the connection is interrupted, treadmill will start protection function and the computer will beep continuously. The computer will also stop and the machine come to a standstill to ensure the users safety.

    ios (apple) DeviCe noT responDing1 Double tap the HOME button on device and delete all APPs in the temporary memory (including

    Pafers APP).

    2 Enter Settings program, press the on the right of Bluetooth device name and choose Yes to forget this device.

    3 Close Bluetooth function and turn off the treadmill.

    4 Turn on treadmill after 10 seconds.

    5 Enter device Settings program, open Bluetooth function, search the treadmill device name and pair again.

    6 After pairing successfully re-start the Pafers APP.

    If the problem is not resolved check if the Bluetooth device is correctly paired to this treadmill. If yes, turn off the device temporarily, the device may have crashed or encountered wireless interference.

    anDroiD DeviCe noT responDing1 Search, download and install Advanced Task Killer in Google play store. Open the Advanced Task Killer, select all APPs (including Pafers APP), and then press Kill selected App

    2 Enter Android Settings program, find the treadmill Bluetooth name and press cancel matching.

    3 Close the Bluetooth function and turn off treadmill.

    4 Turn on treadmill after 10 seconds.

    5 Enter Android tablet Settings program, open Bluetooth function, search the treadmill device name and pair again.

    6 After matching successfully, please go back to desktop and re-start Pafers APP.

    7 If the problem is not resolved check if the Bluetooth device is correctly paired to this treadmill. If yes, turn off the device temporarily, the device may have crashed or encountered wireless interference.

    If the console displays the following symbol the treadmill requires lubrication. The default lubrication period is 300km. Silicone oil should be added between the running belt and deck. To exit this menu simply press the i-Drive button. The message will appear until the machine has been lubricated, after lubricating press the speed +/- buttons for 5 seconds to reset the system.

    mph-Kph Conversion

    Power on the treadmill, enter the user profile setting mode, when in the user weight setting mode, press and hold the i-Drive button for 10 seconds to enter Imperial/Metric Setting mode. Screen will show the present unit that ML = imperial measurements (MPH), KM = Metric measurements (KPH).

    Press speed +/- key to change the unit.

    Press i-Drive button to confirm.

    poWer saving

    This product is manufactured in compliance with the Erp Regulations and is fitted with a power saving mode which will activate if the Treadmill is inactive for a period of 4 minutes. To restart the treadmill simply remove and reattach the safety key.
