Agreement

As a result of the meeting which has been held on 25.O7 .201.5 between Turkey and Georgia inorder to place the Health Services exchanged between the two countries into a higher level,an agreement concerning patient transfer has been held as follows:

1. Those patients who can not be given medical treatments in Georgia will be offered to betransferred into Emsey Hospital, especially in the departments of Hematology and MedicalOncology.

2. Emsey Hospital takes responsibility to offer the best medical services and prices to thoseGeorgian patients who are going to get their medical treatment at Emsey Hospital accordingto their needs.

3. Emsey Hospital offers to supply medical camp to examine patients in Georgia without anycharge twice a year

4. lt has been agreed on offering exchange programs of education and training dedicated todoctors and nurses

5.The time Emsey Hospital starts giving service as University Hospital, meetings will bearranged in order to discuss the possibility of giving education and training to doctors andnurses.
