The United Nations is a world organization that maintains peace and security globally. While "peace" is a virtue that each and every student must cherish as an individual, a mock UN simulation aims to instil just that in the students. it not only catalyses holistic education but also plays a key role in the learning process of an individual.

It is my firm belief that this conference will enable students to critically analyse the current global scenario and the problems associated. Moreover, such an understanding will most definitely inspire the young minds to initiate and lead a change in the coming future. I am sure CRUXMUN'17 will help each delegate voice their opinions in and beyond the committee room.

As the principal, it has been a great pleasure towatch and guide my able students working hard as a part of the organising committee, who are setting their best foot forward in their attempts to make CRUX a stimulating and memorable experience for each one of you.

MUN conference simulations not only gives one an opportunity to learn from our peers but also offers young minds a platform to explore and engage in heated discussions about global situations concerning statesmanship.

It is something that has so far created a global community of ambitious and talented young diplomats, who earnestly strive to change the world for better, treading on the footsteps of the United Nations. We at Crux are driven by an educational mission complementing diplomacy, research, public speaking and other social well being skills. It gives me immense pleasure to invite you all to the premier edition of CRUX Model United Nations 2017.

I am delighted to see my beloved students takeinitiative and adapt to a new role to make CRUXMUN'17 an enriching and memorable experience.

Greetings,I cordially invite you all to the first edition of CRUX Model United Nations 2017. I have been granted the honour of serving as the Secretary General for this conference. I look forward to being a medium for blending diverse visions and achieving solutions to questions of a global scale and achieve peace, prosperity and harmony in our own little way.

On behalf of the entire Crux core team of young trailblazers, I invite you to join us in a pursuit of thought and debate, freedom of expression, a journey of unforgettable experiences, yet an experience unlike any other you've ever had.

Registration details

1. A minimum of 6 delegates must be a part of the school delegation. While a maximum of 25 will be permitted from each school. 2.The Committee Compostion is as follows ● UNGA(SPECPOL) : Single delegation.● UNSC : Single delegation (No observers.) ● UNHRC : Single delegation (no observers) ● AIPPM : Indian - continuous crisis. ● LRM: Single portfolio, under the indian court of law. 3. IP registrations on individual applications, however the member shall be considered a part of the school delegation if wished for.

4. A school delegation is eligible for the " Best Delegation" award only if the school holds atleast one portfolio in each of the 5 committees and has suitable representation in the IP.

5. The host school ( Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai ) shall not be competing for the " best delegation" trophy , however they will be eligible for individual awards.

7. The allotted school delegations must make the complete payment within a week of receiving the final allotments.

8. Payments must be made by cash or demand draft only.

9. The School delegation is obliged to fill the 'Liability waiver form', which will be made available on the day of the conference.

10. All the school delegations are obliged to abide by basic school rules , while in the campus for the conference.
