Peter AAronson

Peter is the Commercial leasing director at 5th Avenue Properties. he has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and his market knowledge and a track record in the Greater johannesburg area has positioned him as an invaluable resource and trusted advisor to some of the largest and highest profile occupiers and landlords in the city.

Gordon dAwson

Gordon is responsible for 5th Avenue Properties operations in KwaZulu-natal. Previously based in johannesburg Gordon was one of the highest profile professionals in the market concluding numerous transactions with both domestic and international multinationals during his 17 year career in real estate.

steve Burnett

Steve is responsible for operations at 5th Avenue Properties. he has a strong sales and marketing background and a number of years as a professional golfer. in addition to his managerial responsibilities Steve is active in both leasing and investment sales.

Anthony Green

Anthony is responsible for business development at 5th Avenue Properties. with over 15 years of real estate experience, Anthony has been responsible for numerous transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants. his previous experience is in business broking and franchising.

shAun wAtters

Shaun is responsible for management of the sales team at 5th Avenue Properties. Shaun has over 10 years of experience in the industry, specialising in leasing and sales of new developments at 5th Avenue. Shaun is also responsible for coaching and mentoring new recruits to the business and over his term has managed to put together a dynamic team capable of covering all aspects of the industry.
