5th JuneToday Some who has celebrate world

Environmental Day by using Paper bags, applying BIG banners on Gate or plantation etc. to protect the Environment. why it is not be followed on daily basis & not be take an exact action to protect our the Environment.

As per my 2 year Experience in Industries (Environment Department) every employee of organization think only about cG.M.P his practice only to manufacture Good quality of product.

Environmental Department is advising to each Employee Please Help to protect the our Environment.

In Next few Years World will face BIGEST PROBLEM i.e. Environmental Pollution.

In our Organization One of the biggest Problem is Water pollution.

Today we are celebrating W.E.Day - knowing information about Effluent Treatment Plant (E.T.P)

Types Of Effluent

Low T.D.S (Organic Effluent)

Easily Bio-degradable ( Treated by micro organism )

organic matter generally consists of proteins,

carbohydrates, fats etc. When oxygen comes in contact with these

constituents, reactions take place

Proteins + 02 Bacteria Co2 + H2o + NH3

Carbohydrates + O2 Aerobes Co2 + H2o

Fats + O2 Co2 + H2o

CO2

Aerobic reactions The organic

compounds contain carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and sulphur.

These when combine with dissolved oxygen give the end products as Co2, water, ammonia and sulphur compounds.

Organic Effluent Treatment System

Page 8: 5th June

High TDS (Inorganic Effluent)

Non Bio-degradable Not treated by micro organism because Inorganic effluent generally consists of

TOXIC metal. When Inorganic effluent neutralized &

Evaporated it produces abundant Quantity of

Hazardous Salt

Inorganic Neutralization Hazardous inorganic

effluent Evaporation salt

Inorganic Effluent Treatment System

Reduction of T.D.S.

Avoid usage of the Calcium Chloride to

reduce to moisture content in solvents

with use of molecular sieves.

Reduction of Sodium Chloride in the

process of Atenolol.

Using Evaporator to separate out T.D.S (salts) & reuse water.

Stream SegregationBy mistake when production department

drained Inorganic Effluent in to Organic treatment system the useful micro-organisms present in that system will die & effluent is not treated.

So please follow the following chart & segregate, drain the effluent in Proper treatment System.
