The obtaining of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 cer ti ca tion in 2009 , together w ith the strengthening of the technical department, testi es to the commitment, determination and strong propensity for quality of all our staff members.

The quality of INTERTEAM brand cables is constantly controlled: during manufacture by means of in-line controls and in the company test laboratory, where tests required by applicable Italian and foreign standards are performed on the

INTERTEAM has always worked in highly quali edsectors where product and production process q u a l i t y i s p a r a m o u n t .All the INTERTEAM brand cables undergo stringenttests in accordance with the construction standards of reference and a prede ned internal quality c o n t r o l p l a n .

Product traceability is guaranteed both by the sistem described in our quality manual and by filing all technical and test documents for 10 years.

Rigorous and careful selection of suppliers, who work in close cooperation and according to previously-agreed parameters verfied by our staff, is a further guarantee of a product with a high technology content which complies with the very latest safety and environmental standards.

TECNICAL DEPARTMENT

Solutions are increasingly more subject to changes and ongoing innovation. This makes necessary a personalized technical approach and a great deal of

exibility.Precisely in order to best to increasingly answermore demanding customer requirements, the Interteam organization boasts a technical department that determines, according to written procedures, the conformity of the products on offer to applicable standards, checks the sizing and construction speci cations of the products with respect to real system needs and presents the solution best suited to installation characteristics.

The design and manufacturing know-how acquired in years of work represents a precious heritage for our company and enables our technicians, in close collaboration with the Customer, to study the most suitable and appropriate system speci cations and come up with customized solutions.

The technical documentary coordination of projects, many of which complex, is managed according to principles indicated in writing in the ISO 9001 procedures adopted by the company - from the issuing of technical offers to the compilation of project technical books right up to the drawing up of speci c technical product quali cation and approval dossiers.

REFERENCE STANDARDSOur technical department manages and keeps updated a vast archive of Italian and international standards, as well as technical speci cations issued by major European engineering companies.
