EAT THESE FOODS

- Unlimited green veg. - As good a quality of protein as possible. - 5 portions of fruit. This is sugar, limit this consumption and ensure

you eat more green veg. - Fish oils, nuts, seeds etc for healthy fats.

GET THEM OUT

- Sauces, don’t be lazy make your own and keep them in the fridge. Use things like olive oil, lemon and lime juice, tamari soy sauce salt and pepper, herbs etc.

- Avoid sugar, this will de rail your 6 pack plan- Avoid gluten this is the biggest culprit in preventing people having a

6 pack. - Limit and if possible eliminate alcohol. - Avoid pasta

Yes this may seem like hard work and to be honest it is. I have a massive sweet tooth that always raises it’s head around Christmas time and I pay the price. But now is the time to address these issues if you want to look good this summer.

Short your nutrition out now and then follow an 80/20 rule for the summer and you will look good all summer rather than panicking you abs resemble a keg rather than a 6 pack and then work on getting it through the summer maybe achieving it for the last week of summer if your lucky!
