Subclass 600 Visitor Visa ATTACH THIS PAGE TO YOUR APPLICATION

Applicable fees including the Visa Application Charge and Service Fee (if paper application)

Completed Form 1419 – For Tourist Stream or Form 1415 – For Business Activity Stream and 1 current passport-size photograph of you

Copies of the Biodata (photo) pages from your current passport and: 1. If your passport contains any non-Australian visa labels, the relevant Visa pages AND 2. If your passport has been extended or details changed, the Endorsement pages * Passports need to be valid for at least six months

Completed Details of Relatives Form

Evidence of Financial Capacity to support your period of stay in Australia: 1. Personal or Sponsor’s bank statement covering at least the last month OR 2. Letter of support from Inviting Organisation or Business stating that they will be financially supporting you

Tourist Stream: 1. If you are visiting relatives or friends, a letter of invitation from your relative or friend in

Australia. If your relative or friend is paying for your visit, their recent bank statement or pay slip and a copy of an ID document

2. Other information to show that you have an incentive and authority to return to your home country, such as:

A letter from your employer confirming your leave and salary details

Evidence of enrolment at a school, college or university in your home country

Evidence of property or other significant assets owned in your home country.

Business Stream: Evidence of why you need to visit Australia on business, such as:

A letter of invitation from the host organisation in Australia

Conference registration details

A letter from your employer stating the reasons for your visit

Your itinerary, with contact details of the business parties involved.

Your educational or professional qualifications.

Your current employment and your role during your visit to Australia.

Documents to show that the company you work for is an actively operating business, such as a business registration certificate or annual report.

If you are under 18 years old, your birth certificate and 1. If you are travelling with one parent/legal guardian, a completed Parental Consent Form

1229 completed by your non-travelling parent and a copy of their identification or 2. If you are not travelling with any parent/legal guardian, Form 1229 and a statutory

declaration from your parents/legal guardian confirming that no other person has legal guardianship of you, a copy of their id and a completed Undertaking Declaration Form 1257

If you are aged 75 or over, a receipt from an Australian panel doctor confirming you have undergone a medical examination and medical insurance for duration of stay

If you wish to authorise another person to communicate with us on your behalf, a completed and signed Form 956 or Form 956A
