COMMERCIAL development in the MacDonald Ranch Center

Coronado Canyons: The 90,000 square feet behind the Subject Building was sold at auction during the downturn. It sat virtually unaltered until January 2019 when it

was purchased by Nigro Development. They repainted the buildings, refurbished the parking lot and are developing commercial condos. Many have already been sold

or leased to businesses like FSY Fitness ( https://fsyfitness.com/ ), Water Wings Swim School ( https://waterwingsswimschool.com/ ), Anthem Medical Center, Hender-

With more than 50 million passengers traveling through McCarran Airport, Las Vegas is now America’s 28th largest city by population and con-tinues to expand.

Las Vegas has also become a great place for business and entrepreneurship.
